- I have had the same issues time and time again, either too heavy, won't fit under furniture, hoses tear, too may filters and like you tired of replacing them. I purchased a Dyson about a year ago and it has not lost suction yet. I use it everyday it only needs one filter and I wash it out as directed which is perfect for me. The extension pole on it is great too for getting dusty spots and spiderwebs. I comes with a lot of different attachments so i can manage multiple surfaces. I will never buy another vacuum brand.
- Q:I have a memory foam mattress topper that was vacuum packed in its original box, and when I took it out originally, it expanded to many, many times its original vacuum packed size. I live far away and need to ship it to myself now, but now that it's not vacuum packed and shrunk, I can't get it much smaller than the largest of my suitcases. Is there any place that I can go to get it industrially shrink wrapped or vacuum packed (preferably in the DFW area) so that I can get it down to at least a fraction of its original size? The home vacuum sealers won't do the trick; this mattress pad is much too strong and large for what they are intended to do. I've tried and nothing works, I'm thinking only an industrial stength vacuum packer will work.

- Q:I have two pembroke welsh corgis who shed like crazy and bare floors (no carpet at all). I am looking for a great, affordable vacuum that does not collect hair in the bristles on the bottom of the vacuum but actually sucks it up into the machine. - Q:It's $199 Cnd., and there's a $249 pet dust model, too. 24 cyclone tech, 17 ft. stretch hose, furniture attachments. Not to be confused with the earlier Shark models. It promises to do same job as competition twice the price, but y'know....Vacuum Cleaners.I just don't feel like doing the 'buy, try, and return' routine, so opinion from someone will be appreciated.
- Since you purchased one will you let us all know? Please return it if it isn't any good. For anyone that doesn't know Shark Euro Pro are the same company. They also do kitchen appliances under the Bravetti name. I have purchased Shark steamers, yes, steamers not steamer. I love them, I have tried 7 other brands, some cheaper some lots more expensive but none that worked anywhere near as well. However they never last longer than 18 months. For the ones that don't make a year I send in for repairs and the fastest they have ever returned one was 5 1/2 months and that was with several phone calls. I have also purchased some other shark items with about the same results. My point in telling you this is simplly I think they have some great products, excellent ideas, but they haven't quite worked out the quality thing or customer service yet. I hope you don't have any problems like this, but if you can let us know how it works.

- Get the vacuum of your choice. Use sticky tape or lint roller to remove hair on other things. Get a 20 x 20 inch Box Fan. $12 anywhere. Get a 20 x 20-inch A/C filter. $1 anywhere. You mat wish too put a sent on the filter as well. Place a/c filter behind fan, turn on low. The will stop the dog hair from getting into other things, ceiling fan motor, refrigerator motor, computer vents and other things. You mat wish too put a sent on the filter as well. (vanilla extract)

- A central vacuum is one that has hoses in the wall and run throughout the house, usually there are outlets near your normal electrical outlets and there is one central collection point somewhere in the home. All you have to do is plug the actual hose into the wall outlet and that turns it on. There are brush attachments that come with it that need electricity which is why the outlets are near the electrical plugs in the house. The whole system is pretty convenient especially if you live in a multi-level house as there is no actual bulky vacuum, just a hose, to carry around.
