How does the cable wires stay on the solar panel? With wire retention clips (4 per module) that are used to wrap the wire on the underside of the module frame. The home run cables to the transition box (converts between types of wire with no electrical transformation occuring) or combiner box (joins multiple source circuits in parallel, with the positives fused for safety) are usually tied along the racking system components, and with conduit sections used as needed. Racking is another big part of the installation. Don't just make your own homemade wooden rack, as these will weather away to nothing very easily, and cause great failures. GET a professionally designed metal racking system. PV modules are EXPENSIVE. Don't let the racking system cause them to break. It also requires the inverter, if you intend it to connect to the main electric service. If using multiple inverters, you need an AC combining panelboard to join them prior to entering the main electric service. Otherwise, you need to think about how else you might be using them. If you are charging batteries, you need a charge controller.

In one exercise session you burn a total number of calories. And remember, 000 calories = kilo-calorie = food calorie. Same with solar panels and electrical power (same stuff, different units). Solar panels come in many watts sizes, like different foods and portions have different calories produced. When these panels are exposed to sunlight, they will generate this amount of watts for as long as you expose them (the units are kilo-Watt-hours), basically, like burning calories on a bike for an hour burns a total of x calories for that hour. If you have a 2-hour day, then a 00 watt panel will generate a possible total of 2 hours x 00 watts = 200 watt-hours = .2 kilowatt-hours. Just like calories burned during regular exercise varies over the year and your mood, the solar panels will generate varying level of power (watts) depending on the weather. And just like you burn calories at different rates by age and lifestyle, an average house power use is dependent on geographic location, size of house, number of occupants, etc. No real typical profile. I would recommend you get some personalized help in sorting out your power needs, A contractor/installer can give you a quote/estimate or general class of use. You could (an example of concentrating sunlight is called cloud gain, where the edge of a cloud will intensify sunlight as it passes between the sun and your panels), but that will make your panels run hotter and will probably reduce their life. You would need a inverter which transfer AC to DC. then you can connect it to your battery. You also have to check is your battery able to take energy coming from inverter. This might be little but tricky. Check the energy output and battery Voltage before testing.
Q:Solar panels for car fans?
You may not like it, but the answer's still the same. A car fan will draw anything from a few to several hundred watts, depending on which fan you're talking about (A/C, ventilation, cooling). A solar array will take up roughly one square meter to generate 00 Watts with the sun shining straight down onto it, so you'll need to cover (more or less) the entire roof (or hood) with solar cells in order to power that fan (minimum). If you still want to go ahead: Solar panels, Fuse, cables. Preferrably one cut-out diode per panel (in addition to the hopefully present internal diodes in the panels) in order to prevent one panle dumping its load into the next instead of into the fan. Much better option: get a low power fan (e.g a slow running computer fan) and connect it to that panel of yours. These fans make do with about 0 Watts (at a much lower air throughput), so you'll actually have a chance of running it from the solar panel without coverig your car in panels.
