Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on strong powder-coated metal or aluminum structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.

- Sounds like you have a problem. Call the store you ordered from and explain the situation right away, maybe they have a smaller simmilar sofa or will cancel the order as I'm sure they don't want delivery men spending a lot of time trying to push a sofa through a door and returning same to them.

- You have to catch him in the act and tell him no. You can put something on the couch so he can't lay on it, or lift the cushions up. You could also try adding a blanket or a small pillow to his sofa bed that has your sent on it. He may want something that smells like you. Or he might want something to snuggle into. My dog has a regular bed pillow on his dog bed that he kinda snuggles into when he lays on it. Before I did that he hated his bed. He does still go on the couch. Can't stop him from doing it when we're gone. So I have a sheet on the couch that I can remove when we are going to sit on it.

- You may want to purchase a futon sofa cushion. The cushion should be the thickest one to purchase. It is about 10 and cost around $100- $200 in USD. Or contact a furniture store to help. I know those things get worn pretty quickly when you use it for every day use. P. S. Keep the old cushion for greater support if you find one trhat fits your needs and hopefully it will help the new cushion stay in shape longer too. I recycle what I can, so I hope this works for you.

I'm thinking about going back to get it, but the fabric is pretty messed up and kind of smells like cigarettes - what would it cost to get it re-upholstered? - Minimum $300, depends on fabric chosen, whether structure is solid, what additional fill it needs, and labor costs in your area. Could be double that. The smell could be not only in the fabric but the padding underneath.
- Q: I cannot beleive my asking a question about sofa cushions but here I go. We have a perfectly fine sofa. However, we just tried to wash one of the sofa seat covers and the zipper broke. Now, we cannot fit the seat cover back on the foam cushion. It is an older sofa but it is decent shape. I do not want to reupholster the whole couch or replace the foam cushion. I just need to purchase one seat cover. I have no idea even where to begin. Does anyone know where I can purchase couch seat covers?
- If it's an older sofa, as you said, you'll never find a replacement. Other than a new sofa, re-upholstering or slipcovers are your only option. By the way, the zipper could be replaced.Just because cushions have zippers, they shouldn't be washed, as you found out.
