- Q:I'm not understanding how hard you press down on your bass guitar strings. Do you need to press all the way down to the neck or just until the string touches the fret. I'm not sure cause for me pressing them to the neck seams nearly impossible and it seams more natural to press them down to the fret. Which is correct?

- Well doing a push-up is kind of similar but if you have a bench press you can increase the weight you use and get stronger. If you just do push ups then you'll only be using half of what you weigh (for example if you weigh 200 pounds you'll be pushing up around 90 pounds) so yeah but why don't you feel comfortable being in a Gym? HOnestly pushups can't replace the bench press but pushups help you while you don't have a bench press.
- Q:I pressed charges on someone because they pulled a gun on me for no reason and then they turned around and tried to press charges on me for Verbal Assault in the 3rd degree...I was just wondering how that was possible or if it is?
- Yes anyone can press counter charges (at least in NY), but the circumstances, situation and credibility go a long way in if those charges are ever followed through with by the police and the District Attorney. Just to add a case in point: in 1999 I was going through a divorce and my now ex brother in-law called and threatend to kill me, under the advice of my attoney I taped all phone calls at that time (Legal in NY). I had him arrested. Two days later he called the police and said that I called him from my house phone (he had it on caller ID) and said that I also threatened him, I was arrested fingerprinted and had mugshots taken. At the appointed court date I produced my home, and cell phone records proving I never called, he produced nothing. The charges were dropped against me. He was convicted of 1st Degree Aggravated Assault for using an electronic device to make a threat. He got 6mths in county jail and 2yrs probation. I got my Mugshots,Fingerprints, and Sweet Satisfaction all back.

- It really depends on so many factors. How much weight could you press at the beginning, ie how much strength have you built up already. Your genetic potential Your diet (you need to eat loads to become big and strong especially when you pretty young) The quality of your program. Your quite slim, so your probably an average to hard gainer. If you use the right program and willing to train for four years you should be able to reach around 275 pound bench naturally. I suggest if your serious and commited have a read of brawn by stuart mcrobert. If you follow this type of routine you can fulfill your full potential, follow the usual crap and you'll be frustrated with your benchpress for years. Thats what I did and wasted loads of time when i was your age, I even tried steroids.

- Permanent press is a type of cloth that resists wrinkling. However you still have to touch them up from time to time. The reason for the setting is it needs a much cooler temperature or it will ruin the material (leaves a bad shine on it). The iron will not steam n this setting either. You can use this setting for more delicate clothing also.
