- Q:Thia always happens to me and I don't know what to press in order to get the power back. I just press the power off to reset the computer. What should I do to wake the computer back?
- Press the spacebar. If that doesn't work, press the power button. Have no fear.

- The press should be non-bias. The press presents all sides so you, the reader, can make a decision based on what you think is best.
- Q:I'm currently using the Prescriptives Flawless SkinTotal Protection and when I apply it in the morning it looks great on my skin once it dries, but 3 hours later my face looks very oily. I have never used powder over my foundation before. I wanted to make my skin look natural when wearing foundation, so thats why I was afraid to use the powder plus foundation. Should I use the Prescriptives pressed powder or the loose powder to help control the shiny look?
- It really doesn't make a difference whether it's loose or pressed. They both do the same job. Only the texture is different. If you have oily skin, you should use the pressed power. It will probably keep the shine away longer. Plus it's easier to carry with you in case you need to touch up. Your skin should still look natural after the powder as long as you buy the right shade. When you go the counter to but the powder, make sure you let them know you have oily skin, so they will sell you a powder to control the oil. I wear Estee Lauder foundation and power and still look natural.
- Q:So I have a barbell, and if I were to put my hands closer to the center of the bar, would it work my chest muscles more? Anything else about bench press is welcome.
- Farther apart works chest more. Close grip works your triceps.

- Q:I have never bench press before in my life and really have never lifted weights. Im 15 years old and weigh about 155 and im 6 foot 1 inches. - I would start out with 15 reps 1 set 30 inch wide grip, with the bare bar, and add 5 pounds every workout. I would recommend a spotter when the weight starts to feel on the heavy side at rep 15. After about 4 to 8 weeks you can change your reps and sets. I make changes to mine every 8 weeks.
- Q:Try to learn to play the guitar and thought I was doing ok but my fingers were not hurting and and no matter how I try it the tips of my fingers are always touching more then one string. The book says I'm not pressing hard enough on the frets . so i press hard but now the string I press sounds mute an my tips are stopping the strings below the ones I'm touching from playing ( mostly the 1st and 2nd finger but some times the third like with a B7 and a c7) so one finger is press two strings.. what do I do?

- Q:well it seems like press on nails are a lot more affordable and easier to take off. like KISS and Nailene seem good. they are only around $5 and you change them every 2 weeks, wheras acrylics are like $20 and you need to fill them every two weaks and they are harsh on nails.so do you girls think i can do my press on nails on monday, and two weeks from now, on monday take them off and put on a new pair? or should i wait a day? can it work like that?can you reuse them?is this cheaper and better for nails than acrylic?
- Press on nails hardly ever last longer than a few days. Yes, they are better on your nails than acrylic. Acrylic uses a primer and nail dehydrator, which makes your real nails very brittle. Gel nails, on the other hand, need touch ups less than acrylics, use no dehydrator, and cost about the same. Check into those if you are looking for long term wear.
- Q:I just got a bench press and am new to lifting weights. What muscles does regular bench press, incline bench press, and curls work? And how often should I do each of these (every day, every other day, switch each one every day)?
- Bench works the chest triceps. I suggest you get a book by Bill Pearl called Getting Stronger and he explains EVERYTHING.
