Q: I got a scaffolding piercing (also known as an industrial) well anyway i got it 5 months ago and the bottom hole, the bar has basically made its way out of my ear and then the skin has ripped and now i have had to take it out. does anyone know why? maybe it wasnt done right or something?: Sounds like it was either pierced at an improper angle and/or the anatomy of your ear isn't made for the piercing but an idiot piercer did it anyways. Without seeing it there's no telling. Go have a better piercer look at it.

Cartilage piercings can take up to a year and sometimes more to heal. Sounds to be like the piercing is just irritated. Have you been playing with it a lot? If so stop. Do not touch it unless you are cleaning it. Its a pretty fresh piercing and the more you play with it the more sore and irritated it will get. It could also lead to an infection. Just relax and continue to clean 2-3 times a day using a mild soap and water or using sea sale soaks. Don't use any alcohol, peroxide or polyspron.

It's now thursday and it basically hasn't stopped bleeding since..for the first day it was just a bit crusty with dried blood but after that it has been trickling constantly and at night it really goes to town! Any suggestions on how to stop the bleeding?..or what's the dealeo with it in general?I got it done at Asgard by the way..good reliable place: you have to be doing something to is in your sleep that is causing the bleeding at night. just try to sleep on the other side. not much more you can do. it's very fresh still and this shouldn't last long

I was told i can change it after 4-6 months. But you can hide it with hair instead of taking it out. If you wear your hair up wear it down for a interview. If you plan on taking it out permanently when getting a job why did you get it in the first place? Yes the crust is ok its marker and blood mixed from when you got it. Just clean it 3 times a day for about a month and then yo can cut back to just 2 times a day. Just do a Luke Warm SSS (Sea Salt Soak). How to make a SSS: 1Mug/Cup of luke warm water 1/4 teaspoon Non Iodized Sea Salt (Can be found in grocery stores next to regular salt) my other advise try not to catch it on hair or with brushes. Also do not use regular salt unless you want a major problem with your body lol. Anything else feel free 2 email me.
