Q:So I have a family of cats. We found a pregnant cat 2 years ago, and she had 3 boys, so we have mommy and her boys. We also have a foster cat for a local shelter. Our litter boxes are located in our master closet, which is attached to our master bath. Fluff, her youngest son, has decided to start peeing in the sink. But ONLY after I've emptied the litter box. It's always the same sink, there's no blood in his urine, and he doesn't strain to urinate, or show any other signs of a UTI. Is he just pissed off because of all the cats? This is only a recent problem, but we've had plenty of other foster cats, and they've always gotten along. Its the only other thing I could think of. He was neutered at 6 months old too. (he's now 2)
If okorder /X-Mat-Extra-Traini... How many litter boxes do you have? You should have 1.5 times the number of cats in your home, and they should be in different locations. According to cat behaviorist Pamela Johnson-Bennett, litter boxes that are next to each other count as one box. He may not like to poop and pee in the same box, which is very common. He may not especially like the location of the boxes. There are a lot of things you can try. Good luck!
Q:how do you install bathroom sink faucets?
1. make sure you have at least 2 wrenches or 2 pair of pliers or something to loosen and tighten the lines. 2. Turn off the water valves under the sink. If you do not have valves under the sink you will have to turn the entire house off. If the latter is the case, make sure you buy some valves to put under the sink before you turn the water back on. It would suck to be without water if something goes wrong and you do not have valves to make sure your bathroom doesn't flood. 3. Turn the faucet on and make sure all the water is drained--if it continues to drip then try playing with the valves some more--but realize that they are not indestructable and could break if you put too much umf into em. 4. Unhook the water lines from the old faucet using two wrenches usually. If your old water lines are not in good shape, it is the perfect time to get new and have one less thing that can go wrong. 5. If you are not sure, write on the wall or the back side of the cabinet which is hot or cold so you don't hook em- up wrong on the new one. 6. Loosen the nuts (usually plastic unless really old) on the bottom side of the faucet itself. The faucet will pull out through the top once these have been removed. 7. Clean up any remaining residue from the old faucet. 8. Follow directions that come with the new faucet. Should take between 15 minutes and 1? hours--depending on how hard it is to get to and how long and old the existing faucet is. If you get in a bind--then you can call someone to come do it for you--but there is no science to replacing a faucet. Have fun-I hate plumbing--unless everything works right.
Q:kitchen sink: it sounds like theres a waterfall underneath it and, from what we can tell, it seems to be leaking from the vertical pipe.bathroom sink: sounds like a very tiny waterfall. It mainly sounds like a water faucet does when you have it turned on at normal speed. The water is draining off of the bottom part of the sink bowl so it must be leaking right around there.help please! thanks!
its most likely the sink basket. it takes some work the plumbers puttee between the sink and the basket is gone ,or try tithing the nut on the basket not easy ether .there is special tools of course it would be easier to call a plumber or a friend that is handy with repairs, there is so much that maybe wrong under the sinks , but inexpensive to replace the plumber on the other hand..... same for bathroom but the drain is call a pop-up check all the drain fitting nut only use your hands to tithin them
Q:What is the basin water dispenser? When you buy the basin, it is important to note that this thing is important. Seek answers
Basin basin water is not just the console basin drainage, water storage device, it connects the sewer. The quality of this thing on the market uneven, there are good and bad, I heard that the recent line is very red back to the grams of Taiwan Basin water tanker is good, the design is reasonable, but also sterilization
Q:Toilet basin does not install water trap, whether it will affect people's health
The water seal is a way of separating the two parts of the gas that will be segregated with water. The most common way in this way is the home of the toilet.
Q:Our bathroom sink faucet handles only turn 1/4 turn, and work fine that way. But, when fixing a leak, I turned it too hard, and something broke, so now it will turn all the way around. And, because it turns all the way around, it won't unscrew to come off to fix the next leak. What did I break and how would I get it off now?
turn off water underneath the sink - there are two small cutoff valves called stops. Get a lavatory wrench about $8 to access the nuts under the sink.; these make the job easier. Unhook the hot and cold supply lines, usually brass or rubber. Loosen the nuts that hold the faucet assembly to the sink. Disconnect the popup valve (drain stopper) if it has one. Now, lift the faucet off of the sink and you can access the handle to remove. Find replacement handles, but if the faucet is very old and not an antique, just get a new one that fits your sink. Cost ranges from $20.00 to $100 or more, depending on how fancy you want.
Q:my old sink had a over flow hole in it and the new sink does not.can i still use the same drain pipe or is there a different type that i need to get?
Assuming you mean the pop up drain (chrome), I suggest you dry fit the old one into the new sink. Often, the pop ups for internal overflow sinks have a large opening allowing water from the overflow into them. It may not seal on the new sink depending on the thickness of the new sink. If it doesn't seal, not the end of the world. Visit a good local plumbing supply store and ask for a pop up drain for a sink with no overflow.
Q:What is the style of the bathroom basin?
In the daily life by the genius can do things, by diligence can do the same; by genius can not do things, by diligence can do.
Q:I took off the cap that covers the whole in the sink because sometimes soap starts overflowing in the sink when i wash my hands. And since i took the cap off it doesnt happen anymore. But if i leave the top off can any bugs crawl through the pipe and into my bathroom?
You're referring to the lavatory - the sink on your bathroom. Yeah, it depends on the size of the drain hole. I can't think though what would came from the pipes except for rats and vermin. Well, Sometimes roaches can hide from there. But not likely because of the trap.
Q:My own home decoration to see the market with the basin with pots and plates with all-ceramic, all man-made stone, there are panels are artificial stone, ceramic basin embedded in the panel below, do not know what kind of good, building materials market A circle pocket down and found that ceramic durable, but the price is cheaper than man-made stone, but also to listen to some people say that artificial stone with a long time will crack, really different opinions, do not know there is no expert to point one or two?
Artificial stone pots advantages: skin feel good, size can be tailored, more color, style, more novel and beautiful. Disadvantages: low surface hardness, easy to scratch, the general product on the market impermeability is poor, there may be the risk of cracking.
