Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after longtime combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

Q:I was wondering how do you know if the boiler needs to add water from the pipe or the boiler is already full of water?: Steam Boiler Water Level

Q:My mother and I moved into the new house a few years ago and have only had the kerosene boiler serviced once. Its an OLD boiler the date printed with the model and details is 03/25/98 ( crown boiler co. ) model BD-074 WC G, Serial 159913. We don't know anything about the thing really, except how to bleed the kerosene line. And the other day the hot water pressure seems to be gone. Not sure what to do? Any suggestions of what it could be and what kind of tune up the boiler might need on a year to year basis?: First.. Where are you getting low Hot water psi? Shower, Kitchen sink, And you say no hot water psi is it low psi or no psi at all? Your boiler has a hot water coil inside, If you have hard water, lime, the coil needs to be flushed with an acid. TO BE DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL!! Coil cleaning is using a strong acid and water mix, and you must be trained to use it. Too much acid and you burn Thu the coil, also the fumes are toxic!! Your boiler is designed to use #2 fuel oil. If your using kerosene, your wasting money. (perhaps you made a mistake and call it kerosene) Second... Oil heat requires a yearly tune up. Changing the filter, nozzle, pump screen, and a brushing of the flues. Failure to do so will drop the efficiency of your boiler and also cause damage. For the cost of a tune up, it will pay for itself in the long run. Your oil company can help you if they have a full service dept. Don't try to fix it yourself if you don't know what your doing. Heating tech's have to go to school and be licensed to work on heating equip. Be sure the person who is working on it is licensed!! You can ask to see his/her lic. first as they must carry there lic. with them while performing there work.

Q:What is the procedure for turning on a boiler that heats radiant heaters - to turn on for the winter.?: if it's a gas-fired boiler, call the gasman..... otherwise, call a service tech for your boiler's brand name.... there's no 'one way' to do this stuff.... and if you don't know how, you can really screw up... so call the appropriate person, then WATCH and learn..... next time, if you remember how, then you can do it..... but not this time...

Q:we have microwave ovens- is it not possible tohave microwave central heating boilers?: It is possible, but it is very inefficient. Much power would be wasted using microwave generators to heat water. Using fossil fuel burners (coal, oil, gas) is still the most efficient way of heating large quantities of water. .

Q:Hi,Our factory has below requirement; we consume about 225kg-250kg (500lbs-550lbs) of steam every hour. This is Continuous usage, and there will be no up and downs (No USE of accumulator). So please recommend me Ideal size Steam boiler. The standard sizes available in our market are 300KG (660lbs), 400KG (880lbs) and 500KG (1100lbs). And we can custom order 350KG (770lbs) or 450KG (990lbs) if absolutely required.: Talk to vendors and have them propose various options. Recognize that you will lose some heat, and get an estimate of losses [ie, heat losses from steam lines], before deciding what size. Also, you may do well to examine the tradeoffs between insulation cost, fuel cost, and boiler capital cost. However, think hard on what if any future business expansion you might have. It is hard to expand a boiler.... Also, it is possible that where you are the regulations vary with boiler size. Various States [in the USA] at least used to have different rules as to what size boiler required what regulation and training. For this reason the boiler manufacturers would produce boilers modified to be just below a regulatory jump, ie, the Ohio Special which had a couple of tubes plugged off, to be just below the heat transfer area that would trigger a regulatory jump, so that the plant could get the maximum boiler size for a given level of regulatory compliance [ie, operator training, record keeping, etc].

Q:What is the cause of the boiler water alkalinity?: Did not join the boiler water ", resulting in boiler water alkalinity reasons: 1. Alkalinity is too high, mainly because of the water ...

Q:I was wondering also in the case of two boilers on the same steam header, and feed by seperate return pumps from a common return tank. When turning off and valve down one of the two at the header main gate valve. Would the vacumn that is made draw and raise the level in the boiler that is cooling down? Is it neccessary to turn off the down return pump and valve off the return line. I would think...the negitive pressure would pull in return past its return line check and hold excess water. Help!!: I would say, put one boiler on fixed load (flow rate) and the other on variable load (flow reset by pressure) so the header pressure is maintained. That is the basic principle for load sharing.

Q:Difference between coiled tube and water tube boiler?: The basic difference is that the coiled tube boiler heats the fluid in a serial manner, and the water tube boiler heats in a parallel manner. Because of the difference the water tube boiler is more economical of space and can be used where large volumes of fluid are to be heated.

Q:Water in system is checked for quality and added solution liquid.Pump is checked and in a good running operation.Two director valves used in system, both of them electrically and mechanically is checked and functioning. No problem in water flow noticed.: i am not familiar with this model i am guessing it is a hot water boiler. i work with low pressure steam boilers, but there are a few similarities between the two. there could be a few safety sensors that may be giving you problems. the most likely is a high pressure or temp. sensor, it will shut the unit down to prevent boiler explosion.(this is normally built into the main water temp sensor(main water temp sensor may modulate the flame or turn the flame on or off)). how full is the expansion tank? as the water is heated it expands if there is very little air in the expansion tank pressure builds up quickly and this could trip a high pressure sensor. check the expansion tank first!
