Specification: 58~1395KW Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.
The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:
1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.
2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.
3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.
4. HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.
5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.
6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.

- Q: I have recently experienced my boiler losing pressure. I can reinstate the pressure using the valves underneath but over time it goes again. I have read on other forums that I can isolate the boiler with pressure up for a period of time and this will tell me whether the fault is with the unit or somewhere else in the system. Only problem - no one tells me what this isolating involves! Can anyone advise step by step what i do? Is it as simple as turning the heat and hot water off?Thanks
- The only way you can isolate the boiler would be to shut off the supply and return, but there's not typically valves installed in those pipes....and even if there were, it'd be a bit of luck if they sealed well. If your boiler is leaking, you'll usually see that one or more of the burners are badly rusted from water leaking on them. If you take the vent hood off, you can usually see any cracks or rotted parts just by giving it a close inspection. Depending on the boiler, you may have to at least partially remove the jacket as well.. Hope this helps

- steam boilers take alot of abuse from the heating and cooling...especially if you dont use any kind of conditioner in your water...20 years isn't too long for a boiler to run as long as you take care of it...

- +1 for diverter valve as Tom says. Service kits are still available, which include various 'o' rings, washers and (probably the culprit) the diaphraghm. The general state of the boiler should be assessed first though, as this may be the start of a steady

- The alternative type of boiler to a combi is a system boiler. Both combi and system boilers are condensing these days. System boilers store HW in a traditional cylinder. Combi boilers heat HW on demand. System boilers tend to be a little more reliable as they turn off/on less frequently. You do need to keep a HW cylinder though, so if space is at a premium most people go for a combi.

- Q: Hi, I wonder if anybody could help me please, My Worcester 28 SI II will cut out after filling half a bath, then the red light flashes, after resetting it just trips again straight away and again and again.Same happens with central heating, it will run for 20 mins then cut out and wont reset.However here is the weird bit, if I then leave it for 40 mins or so to cool down it will again fill half a bath or will heat house for 20 mins.Its 9 years old and had a new pcb 6 years ago, this does sound to me like a dry joint again on the pcb or even a diode or capacitor that expands when the pcb gets hot. But im not the expert you are. I don’t want to replace the pcb and find out its just the same. Any ideas please??Thanks all in advance.
- Pcb's don't reset automatically when they sense an internal failure. I would have to know how many times it flashes per second to give more advice.
