We can design and produce excavator buckets for all brands, scientifically solve stress problem as different construction conditions and customer requirements, and have ability to ensure structural strength, use performance and product quality by selection of high-quality material, advanced computer-aided design and complete control over process welding quality. The specification ranges from 0.1m3 to 12m3.

By bucket type and material, there are common bucket, imitated original bucket, reinforced bucket and rock bucket, which are made from domestic high-tensile structural steel 16Mn (Q345B), in addition, the tooth plate and side edge board of reinforced bucket and rock bucket can be made from domestic high-quality wear-resistant steel NM360 and Sweden ultrahigh-strength wear-resistant steel HARDOX according to customer demands.

By function, there are ditching bucket, grid bucket, cleaning bucket, and tipping bucket, etc. The ditching bucket is suitable for ditching in different forms, and is featured by once forming, no finish and high work efficiency. The grid bucket is used to separate, excavate or salvage bulk materials excellently at a time, and is widely applicable to municipal administration, agriculture, forestry, water conservation and earthwork, and cleaning bucket and tipping bucket are suitable for finishing of slop and other planes and huge desilting and cleaning of riverway and ditches, and the tipping bucket can change the dip angle of cleaning bucket by the hydro-cylinder, which greatly improves work efficiency.

Q:What is compatible with this heavy equiptment?
the 210 part of a excavator classification is the metric weight, with a decimal removed from it.. in other words, 210 means 21.0 metric tons, is the weight of the machine, and so forth.. like a hitachi 135 would be 13.5 metric tons.. you get the point.. the only kicker is Cat.. they throw a 3 at the beginning of every excavator model, but the classification remains for the final 2 numbers.. like their 321 would be the same as a 210.. just ignore the 3.. 330 would be a 300, and so forth.. anything relatively the same weight will be close to the same machine in terms of size, reach, and power, give or take a little on the specs.
Q:Help how do I find an underground water leak?
Easiest way to locate the leak is to look for the wet spot. If you have a large leak there will be a very wet spot on the ground above it. Many cases like this don't require any special equipment.
Q:need help with my 1st car!!! please help?
threesis no need for you to be driving a large uneccisary truck. I assume you will not be transporting heavy equipment therfore you might as well get a mitsubushi eclypse there very affordable for a first car and look nice.
Q:What does LC mean after the Komatsu excavator model?
The letter "L" has many "excavator" models with the word "L", which refers to the "longer type crawler". The purpose is to increase the contact area between the track and the ground, which is generally used for the construction of soft working conditions on the ground L. The letter LC LC is a more common symbols in all brands have excavator, excavator LC styles, such as PC200LC-8, DX300LC-7, Komatsu Doosan Yuchai YC230LC-8, Kobelco SK350LC-8 and so on. The "LC" here means that the model uses widened longer track, the purpose of the same is to increase the contact area with the ground, generally used in the construction of soft ground conditions. The letter H in construction machinery Hitachi excavator type, often can see similar to the "ZX360H-3" type of identification, the "H" said heavy, generally used in the mining condition. In the Hitachi construction machinery products, H uses a rotary platform and increase the strength of the lower part of body to walk, and some standard rock bucket work device. The letter K letter "K" also appeared in the Hitachi construction machinery excavator product models, such as "ZX210K-3" and "ZX330K-3", "K" here said the demolition of type K excavator equipped with helmet and front protection device to prevent falling debris falling into the cab, and a lower running protection device to prevent the metal into the track.
Q:How do you drive the forehand and backhand drive of an excavator?
Is the so-called mobile phone and mobile phone anti refers to your left hand operation mode, it refers to the left hand lever before and after the mobile phone is telescopic arm, left and right is right and left rotation, and vice versa is mobile phone operating lever before and after rotation, telescopic arm is around. The pros and cons of mobile phone operation depends on your own habits. When I first contacted the excavator, I operated a positive cell phone. Then switched to mobile phones. Personally, the design of mobile phones is relatively user-friendly. It's easier to use. By contrast, it's much more comfortable to operate than a cell phone.
Q:How do mining companies find mineral deposits?
Some tools used in mineral exploration: Remote Sensing (satellite imagery to find strucures and rocks lilely to contain mineral deposits) Geophysics (measuring small changes in natural phenomena to detect mineral deposits). Those in common use include magnetics, conductivity, gravity, radiometrics. Seismic (sound waves) to analyse sedimentary rocks when searching for oil and gas. Geochemistry: measuring metal content of soils and rocks to detect higher than normal levels which may indicate a mineral deposit. Geological mapping: looking at rocks and their relationships to find good targets for further exploration. Drilling: only way to truly test deeper mineral deposits: various types that either extract chips of rock or solid core of rock. Prospecting: working your way up a stream loking for concentrations of metals in gravels by panning: old school but still used!
Q:what uses hydraulics or pneumatics???
hydraulics are used as brakes and pneumatics are used for bike pumps
Q:how can I get an oporators manual for a Hokuetsu AIRMAN excavator?
this is their web site. hope this helps.
Q:Does it take longer and more difficult to dig a foundation than to put up floors of a building. How about cost
Interesting question. Digging the hole for the foundation is much faster than putting up the floors. Using a house as an example, the excavator usually can dig the hole in a few hours. Then, one day to pour the footings for the foundation, another day to form and pour the walls (if using that type of foundation). If using block wall foundation, figure a few days. Now comes the framing. Depending on the size of the house, it will take anywhere from 1-3 days to frame in the first floor deck. Figure another 2-7 days to frame the first floor walls, depending on the crew size and complexity of the plan. Repeat for any additional floors and then roof. There is no way to give you a cost. You have not given any information, such as size and type of building, location, construction materials, etc. Hope this helps.
Q:Would this be a good tire for my ATV?
It looks like a good tire to me. The four ply is a plus, because you don't have to worry as much about puncturing a tire.
