We can design and produce excavator buckets for all brands, scientifically solve stress problem as different construction conditions and customer requirements, and have ability to ensure structural strength, use performance and product quality by selection of high-quality material, advanced computer-aided design and complete control over process welding quality. The specification ranges from 0.1m3 to 12m3.

By bucket type and material, there are common bucket, imitated original bucket, reinforced bucket and rock bucket, which are made from domestic high-tensile structural steel 16Mn (Q345B), in addition, the tooth plate and side edge board of reinforced bucket and rock bucket can be made from domestic high-quality wear-resistant steel NM360 and Sweden ultrahigh-strength wear-resistant steel HARDOX according to customer demands.

By function, there are ditching bucket, grid bucket, cleaning bucket, and tipping bucket, etc. The ditching bucket is suitable for ditching in different forms, and is featured by once forming, no finish and high work efficiency. The grid bucket is used to separate, excavate or salvage bulk materials excellently at a time, and is widely applicable to municipal administration, agriculture, forestry, water conservation and earthwork, and cleaning bucket and tipping bucket are suitable for finishing of slop and other planes and huge desilting and cleaning of riverway and ditches, and the tipping bucket can change the dip angle of cleaning bucket by the hydro-cylinder, which greatly improves work efficiency.

Q:why dose it take archaeologist many years to excavate a site?
Basically they have to work by hand. Going into a site, they do not know exactly where the artifacts will be...how deep, how close together etc. Also, the objects they seek can be very small. Using mechanical tools (excavators for example) can damage or destroy artifacts. They also want to map the locations of things they find, to see if there is a pattern...for example, finding a fire remnant and bones that show charring might indicate a kitchen given one pattern, or a massacre site given another. The closer they get to an object, the smaller the brush and the more delicate the handwork. There are other issues...the deeper one digs, the more you have to shore up the sides or widen them to avoid cave-ins...there are safety concerns. Also, most sites are not wasteland and they are tying them up from other uses, so permissions and agreements have to be obtained and kept. Many interesting sites have people living over them at the surface who would not appreciate having their house or business collapse because of an overzealous dig.
Q:My excavator is KOMATSU PC650,the bucket is vulnerable to wear after changed . How could I choose a right one
Wow u killed a bucket they should outlast the machine if properly cared for. Have u ever had the bucket rewelded with build up wire so you r wearing the weld rather than the bucket? Its very simple all you need is an inexpesive mig welder and a couple of rolls of build up wire and weld x's all over the contact patch of your bucket.
Q:What are some of the pros and cons of each? Im not exactly sure, but id assume that there is a lot of good and bad in both. I am selling my backhoe and plan on buying one or the other, but am leaning towars the gradall since i don't need to trailer it. What do you think?
too many things you can not do with a gradall . if you are good with an excavator you can do just about any job that involves dirt .you can also get into places with an excavator that you can not with a gradall
Q:They are too tight, so how do I loosen them up?
take grease fitting completely out, take something and push on the front of the track to push cylinder in, grease will come out, reinstall grease fitting and readjust by pumping grease in as i told you in your other question when you said they was too loose
Q:If one excavator can excavate 40 m3/hr, one loader can load 50 m3/hr and one dump truck can haul dump 60 m3/hr?
Take LCM of 40,50,60 10)4,5,6 2)2,5,3 LCM-600 600/40=15 Excavators 600/50 = 12 Loaders 600/60 =10 Dump trucks ( Employ these equipment in the ratio 15:12:10 ) (

Q:I have leopard geckos and I usually use excavator clay substrate to make tunnels and caves. They really enjoy it.. I've never encountered a problem with it at all, only that it is pretty pricey. What can I use that will be like the excavator? Can I use clay from the ground (my whole yard is practically clay)? If so would how would it dry? Or, can I order clay online and use that? I plan on making the landscape in the tank (20 gallon long). (Im only asking if I can use clay!) I use excavator and sand now. I'm not looking to buy excavator either :)I appreciate any help! :)
I would be worried about the clay from your yard degrading and collapsing. Although yes the excavator clay is expensive maybe there is a different form of clay available for cheaper. I never used clay from outside for fear of it collapsing.
Q:In case of excavators
Water is a dandy incompressible liquid, but that is where the good points end. If you use it in a hydraulic circuit the following will happen: 1. When put under negative pressure gasses will evolve from the water. This will result in soft actuation as the gas is compressible. 2. The system will be subject to freezing if left in a cold environment. 3. Metal fittings will likely rust. 4. Hydraulic oil filters will likely clog. 5. You will wind up with one expensive repair bill.
Q:I have a mini excavator and was thinking about digging graves for extra money. Does it take some type of permit or license to dig graves in municipal cemetaries. I want to do it in Texas if that makes a difference.
I think you'll find a better job market working with landscaping companies. You can check with cemeteries in the area surrounding where you want to live, just to see what they can tell you. Most of them are privately owned, and probably hire their own contractors to dig the graves.
Q:oil filter - fuel filter - hydraulic filter - air cleanerFree DownloadPdf or xls filesExcavatorDozerReach Stackeretc.
Call your local NAPA store. They LOVE to come out and organize your filters for you. Especially when they think they're going to be supplying said filters. They do it for free and they give you a cross reference book, too.
