FAML-2 LHD is mainly used in underground mine, particularly for transporting excavated rock. It can also be used for the construction of railway, highways, water conservancy and other tunnel projects. It is particularly suitable for poor working conditions, narrow operating site, low and muddy operating surface.
This machine employs DEUTZ air-cooled low-pollution engine which is advanced in today’s world and is deployed with dry-type platinum exhaust cleaner and silencer provided by ECS.
Its transmission system uses hydraulic torque converter and power-shift transmission provided by DANA and thus it boasts light, convenient control, and smooth operation. The vehicle’s hydraulic system mainly adopts the components provided by parker. The well-designed main frame structure ensures ruggedness and high efficiency.
Braking system uses full-hydraulic two-line mechanism, and comes equipped with fully enclosed multiple wet discs brake and ON-SPIN limited-slip differential for safe and reliable operation in poor environments with high moisture content or on muddy roadways. It is designed with full hydraulic steering and manual control.

- Your BUSINESS insurance company doesn't offer it? Most of the time, people who rent heavy equipment, are contractors - and they already HAVE inland marine coverage which can cover rented equipment. If you don't have this coverage, it's pricey - it usually STARTS at $2500 - and you can't just cancel it three days later and get all your money back. Your best bet, is to try to buy the coverage from the equipment rental place - but expect it to cost a few hundred. Or try a different rental equipment place.

- Ask some local excavators for a quote. The prices will flex as to where you are, how busy the companies are, how far they have to haul the stuff, current fuel costs, cost of the material and other issues.

- NO, this work is too specialized for them to do. You would need to have your well drilled by a drilling company, then a plumber can do the septic and drain field.

- Typically no. It's a matter of safety. The object being carried can spill out of the bucket and injure someone. For heavy loads you use a forklift and the objects should be securely held on a pallet. For odd shaped objects a sling may be used but it must be inspected for nicks and tears prior to every use.
- Q:some retraining as his 43year old body just can not operate heavy equipment anymore. I have been looking into other career choices for him that do not require much schooling due to his limitations. Would anybody out there have any suggestions. He has a bad back so keep that in mind as you answar. At this point, it doesn't matter if he needs to travel out of state. Thank you.
- He needs to go to a career center and get an assessment done. He is 43 so he probably has all kinds of skills but doesn't realize it. What sort of heavy equipment are you talking about? Bulldozer and excavator? If so he might look into training others or doing supervision work. If he has worked around construction sites with heavy equipment in the US he is probably familiar with the safety requirements, and nowadays there are jobs in the safety industry. There is training available, usually, in safety. Assess his back injury, what does it keep him from doing? Some heavy equipment is less strenuous on the back.... need more info. How about trucking? There's crossover in the skills department but possibly not so hard on the back. Just remember, just because he is a blue collar construction worker, at 43 his skill set is probably not only well developed but in demand. Career counselling is really important, and staying positive. Good luck!

- the only 1 i could find was the Kobelco sk70sr and it has a 6'9 arm and that seems to be the same for all of them hope that helps sorry i couldnt find sk70 but i dont think the sk70sr can be that much different
