Q: How long is the service life of the cable?: For corrosive environments, cable trays with suitable corrosion resistant coatings should be used

Q: im having probelms with the end piece that goes into the computer, and it needs to be replaced.: if you are a do it yourself guy try to get the plug at a electronic shop like Radio Shack and replaced yourself that will be the least expensive option, most adapters had the cable attached to the power supply so the next option will be to replace the power supply that will cost at least 60 dollars also try OKorder sometimes you get parts very cheap there.
