Styles change along w/ technology and they switch things to change w/ the times.It may be still available but chances are slim..Is it in a place that some sort of mosaic can be used as a decoration? Or maybe a good rug? Start w/ the big box stores but don t waste to much gas chances are slim .. I wish you luck ..

Q: Would like to tile my bathroom floor. House is on a slab, bathroom has existing laminate flooring.1. Do I need to remove the laminate flooring or can I tile on top of it?2. Do I need to install a backer board first?3. Any tips I need when tiling around toilet plumbing and reinstalling the toilet?: 1. = yes 2. = sometimes depends on what the floor is like under the laminate, if you have timber floor then simply screw 4mm ply wood to the floor and use a wood to tile adhesive and flexi grout. 3. = take the toilet out and refit it when your done. looks cr#p else, when refit the toilet u might need a offset pan connector as the floor will be a little higher .............

Q: I have this ceramic tile in my bathroom (on the wall, not the floor). There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, except it is an incredibly ugly color. I would like to paint it, rather than rip it all down just to put up more tile. Any suggestions?: You can paint it, but you're going to have a lot of trouble finding a paint that will stick to it if it's glazed. It won't look much better painted.

Q: I need step by step instructions on how to install ceramic tile in a bathroom on a concrete slab.: Hay Joe , to install tile on a concrete floor , first you need to know that you don,t have any moisture problems with the concrete , then you need to make sure the slab is level and free or voids ,if there is you need to use a flash patch on it, once all this is done, then you deed to decide what size tile you want to use ,this will determine what size notch trowel to use. you want to use thin set to install your tile then sanded grout to grout your tile then seal. pickup a bag of thin set and read the back it will tell you what size trowel for the size tile and how much thin set you will need to do the job .the same goes for the grout. ask a floor salesmen for help. good luck!!

Q: We are renovating our bathroom and I don‘t want to take out the existing vanity just update it, we were considering tiling the countertop, can we go right over the existing laminate or should we remove the whole counter top, or is it possible to just take off the laminate?: I tiled over the laminate in my kitchen by sanding the laminate with coarse sandpaper....priming with oil-based kilz-it and then tiled and grouted. It's still in the kitchen for over 7 years. You could also remove the countertop from the cabinet and replace with 1/2 plywood topped with 1/4 cement board but you would have to cut out the whole for the sink. Tiling over it is much easier. Just figure out your tile layout. I used 12 tiles for my custom countertop in my bathroom.

Q: My husband and I put ceramic tile floors in our kitchen, dining room, office, and laundry. We cannot seem to get them clean. I use to scrub them with a brush and bleach but can‘t with a small child and being pregnant.
