Q:is high fibre vegetable and fruit is bad for me ?
not a problem in fact probably good for you however having said that it would be best if your doctor referred you to a dietitian to get a really good eating programmehaving had a hiatus hernia which resulted in an ulcerated esophagus and terrible reflux i can feel for you because you are really restricted in what you can eat and drink and when i had mine some 30+ years ago it was more or less a case of hit and miss in other words try and see what happens however these days it is far more understood and help diet wise is available.
Q:I bought a lil 3x3 block of foam, cheap needle, and a couple packages with a pathetic amount of wool from my local craft store- it was all they had for needle felting stuffI've been playing around with it and with my very first attempt made quite an adorable lovebirdI'd like to buy some higher quality needles (And foam as mine kind of quot;deflatedquot;) and a much bigger assortment of colors of woolHowever, there's so many sites and I do know which ones are actually good and which are ripping me offI'd really appreciate it if anyone who is in the hobby could help me out and steer me in the right direction website wiseI appreciate any and all advice, especially because I don't know anyone into felting so I can't ask.

Q:They even say they want to but keep eating the wrong things and not exercising? I keep telling them the only way they can do it is to disipline themselvesHow do I get them to have more confidence in themselves to be more healthy? It worked for me! I just ate good food and did yoga and I lost 10 lbs since last summerI just don't get it, why is it so hard for them?
If you do this, you will electrocute yourselfTo do so, would be incredibly stupidAnd I, along with Bill, understand electricity far better than you ever will.
Q:In the process of adding a basement window, in a finished basement, I discovered that there is no vapor barrier or insulation between the sheetrock and the poured concrete wallsWith studs already in place, what is the best method of adding insulation? Can I use the polystyrene boards between the studs? I have seen no evidence of dryrot, moisture damage or wet walls, but the basement often feels dampIs it acceptable to insulate one wall (the one I have opened up) and leave the rest of the walls, or would I need to remove all sheetrock and start form scratch?
Your basement is very easy to cool due to the temperature of the ground outside around the wallsIt is a little bit harder to heat, however not muchWe have done many basement remodels and we always suggest that the walls be waterproofed with a material called Thoroseal prior to framing walls and installing drywallWe do not suggest insulating the wallsWhy ? You need air movement in a basement to keep mold and fungus from developing, vapor barriers and insulation block air flow on the backside of the walls which can lead to a musty smell, mold and other problemsLeave your walls as they are so they can breatheRun a dehumidifer on a timer so it comes on a couple hours a dayBetter yet, have your furnace company install a couple return air grilles in the basement and a couple of heat/cool registers just to move the air aroundAny closets down there should have vents or grilles cut in the doors or leave doors stand open a few inchesThe point is you need to move the airTry to get a couple of the basement windows so they will open (repair screens if they are missing or torn), fresh air is great for basementsIf you could find a window fan to set by your new window - have it so it blows the stale air outside.
Q:How do I crochet a scarf like this?
The scarf you picture is not crocheted, but woven fabric insteadThat being said you could create something similar in crochetI would recommend a light weight yarn as the scarf looks quite drapey, and anything too thick would result in something too bulky and stiffPerhaps a sport weight or dk weight would work, with maybe a G hookTo create that multi stripe look, I would crochet it longways, meaning make your beginning chain the length that you want the completed scarf to be then swap out colors every row or two as you desire to make the stripingYou could finish it by fringing the edges, maybe bead the ends of the fringeYou could either buy sparkly yarns or you could get a carry along thread in silver which you would hold with your working yarn to create that sparkleHope this helps!
