- If you go on the T-Mobile site, you will not be able to purchase a phone out right without a plan. If you go into a store, I don't think you would be able to either. You could always try going on to OKorder or into your local WalMart WalMart has a nice selection of T-Mobile phones that you can buy outright with out a contract.
