- Android phones can't be used on Assurance Wireless, unfortunately. Assurance Wireless only lets you use (some) other Virgin Mobile phones, not including their Android phones (or Blackberry).
- Q:A mobile phone company sent me a bill of a contract phone without discussing that contract with me or even discussing the price plan with me and wreorst of all not even sendind me a phone.I refused to pay the bill after contacting them.They explained they ASSUMED i will like it because they had contacted me on phone to discuss the contract and unfortunately i was busy and promised to contact them and i did not.I think that it is the customer who should decide on a price plan or whether he/she wants the contract.My problem is that i have been taken to a debt collector and i was threatened by them to idea pay it or have a bad credit history.I paid immediately and yet still they went ahead and took the decision to give me a bad credit rating.What should i do?
- First, legally they must have a signed agreement. Even if they contacted you on the phone, they needed to send you a hard copy agreement to sign and return/fax. If you did not sign this agreement, or initial something on-line, then they have no right to bill you for it. However, this is voided if you use the equipment they sent you or don't respond within 90 days. Call Customer Service, firmly, but politely ask to talk to a manager then tactfully ask that they fix you credit, credit your account or you will have to take steps through your legal team.
- Q:I found this online:If you leave your mobile phone charger plugged into the mains you will use the same amount of electricity whether or not your mobile is being charged. So when you've finished charging your phone unplug your charger!Is it true? Surely if the phone isn't connected, there is no circuit, so no power will be used.?
- As you say, there is no circuit hence no load on the transformer, hence it will not use as much power as when charging, however transformers are not 100% efficient (it will get warm) hence even if unconnected it will use some power.

- Go online and report it as lost or stolen. My daughter lost her phone, and after searching for it for a few days, we reported it lost. Virgin Mobile offered her a new (upgraded) phone for the cost of shipping (about $10 as I recall). Aside from the shipping charge, she didn't lose any money off of her account. The bad news is that the addresses and stuff she had on the phone were lost and she had to restore them manually. Best Luck :DHave a good day foryou!-

- how do mobile phones interfere with flight systems on an aircraft? In reality, most probably don't. In some very rare instances, there have been some interference reported, and mostly that was long ago. I'd bet that hundreds of flights operate each and every day with cell phones inadvertently or intentionally left on in passengers pockets. The problem is what I referred to as a rare instance isn't so rare if you or a loved one is on the airplane. why can you only use electronic devices while the plane is cruising? When close to the ground (takeoff and landing) any error, no matter how small, has the potential to turn into a disaster. Since there has been an occasional problem with interference, it is just easier to ban all electronics when close to the ground because there are literally tens of thousands of these things, and an airline can't test them all. Also, even if tested, who's to say that it is still in proper working order or hasn't been modified in some way. They can be used in cruise because of good old American competition. Some airlines early on had an outright ban, and others didn't. Due to the competitive nature of the business, the airlines that banned these devices, had to fall into line. And how come you can use the in-built phones on planes? These have been tested nine ways to Sunday to guarantee no interference, and very importantly, they are maintained in accordance with a strict set of requirements.

- T Mobile has had many problems with their [phones and network since they found out that they are merging with ATT. I know first hand. Since they know that this merger will go through T Mobile just stop caring. Their goal is to sell as many phones as possible to lock you into a contract. T Mobile has spent millions in legal fees because their employees continue to give out their customer's ssn and pass code. I have the case number for this. I hope that this helps as a great deal of research has gone into this.
