Just get a Virgin Mobile phone. Since Virgin Mobile doesn't use sim cards, you can't switch your Verizon EnV Touch to Virgin Mobile. Also, Virgin Mobile phones are ONLY AVAILABLE on the Virgin Mobile network. So you cannot switch other phones.
