I believe there is a place in Heathrow that rents mobile phones. I was lucky that my provider here in the US rents them so that anyone who calls my regular mobile phone is forwarded to that number, and all incoming calls to me were free. It's so worth it to have a phone with you--mainly for security, but also because those charming red phone booths often smell of urine!

What mobile company is this? FIrst and foremost, you needed to have read your contract carefully before you signed. In fine print, it would have stated some conditions or requirements for the promotion. If you look over your contract and still don't find it in the terms and conditions, go back to the phone company store and tell them about thier promotional ad. They refuse to budge, call customer service and be firm. There has to be some catch that you missed because flat out lying is false advertisment, something that can land them into a big lawsuit. Check carefully your contract papers before calling them up.

Q:I lost my T-Mobile phone when I was playing around with my phone and my friend's phone. She let me try out her old phone, so I could see if that was the phone I really wanted, you know? (She has an iPhone 4, the phone I want.) After that, we went out and I misplaced my phone. We can't find it anywhere and since I have the sim with me and not in the phone, we can't call the phone :( I wanted to know, if I go to T-Mobile and tell them these unfortunate events, will I get a new phone free since I have insurance? I asked one of my close friends what he did when his phone was lost and he said he had to pay $40 to get his new phone.Please and thank you!

Q:I want to have windows mobile on my intensity phone is this possible? if not can i put the real verison of windows 7 on my phone and if i did this i couldnt call people.i can download windows mobile but all i need to know is how to install it on my phone thanks.

You can't do any of that stuff. Phones aren't like PCs where anyone who's reasonably tech savvy can install a different operating system; it takes a team of programmers months to put a different operating system onto a new phone. Also, phones have different hardware than PCs, so even if you *could* just install a different operating system onto a phone, an operating system made for a PC (like Windows 7) wouldn't work on a phone (and vice-versa).

You can either call Virgin Mobile and have them unactivate it or you can use up all the minutes on it and not buy any for a long time and eventually it will just unactivate itself. Thats what my old Virgin Mobile phone did.

You only can if the keylogger is an app built for a phone, which none that I know of are.

If you had an account with T-Mobile that you paid-in-full they will give you the unlock code through customer service.
