FAQ about CMAX Tower Crane

Q: What serice you could provide?

A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem

Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance

Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance

Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your  problems.

Q: What kind of steel used for  tower crane ?

A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

Q: Can you equip with light on  tower crane  jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working

Q:Structure

A:Tanks to the advanced design tools, such as electro-mechanical design, CAD design, optimization design, and modular design, the tower crane proves to be a kind of optimum construction equipment that shows not only superb strength, stiffness and fatigue resistance but also outstanding comprehensive performance and reliability.

Q: why does the power company use helicopters to service the repair lines instead of trucks with tall cranes?
High-tension lines operate at hundreds of thousands, or millions, of volts. At this potential, electricity can jump through several feet of air to reach a path to ground. This pretty much rules out using trucks, because it would be prohibitively expensive or impossible to build a crane out of entirely non-conductive materials. A helicopter is electrically isolated from the ground, so it's less difficult to drop a technician off and let him hang from the line itself while working. (It is still necessary for the technician to use a wand to bring the helicopter to the line's potential before starting work, because of the capacitance of the helicopter's body.) They could of course use a truck to service the lines if the power was disconnected, but the cost of shutting down service to an entire region of the country exceeds the operating cost of a helicopter.
Q: How would the environment, habitat, or ecosystem be affected if whooping cranes were extinct?
Whooping cranes ARE a part of the food chain..every animal on the planet is....Nata has NO clue what they are talking about. And I HAVE seen a whooping crane before..in the wild while working in Florida. Only 6 existed on the refuge I was working on and I was lucky enough to see 4 of them. It is something I will never forget! If we lost this bird, the animals it feeds on may increase in numbers causing plagues, and other birds that may live and feed in similar habitats may become too plentiful as well since they would have no competition from the cranes. Those birds could in turn wipe out other species. There are also many changes that might take place that we could not even guess at...until it actually happened. This is often the case as we still do not have a great understanding of how one species affects another. But all species DO affect one another, think of each species as a link in a chain, or a strand in a spider web. If you start snipping strands in a web, or damaging or breaking links, what do you think will happen. They will weaken and collapse and eventually fall apart.
Q: would someone who study both white crane kung-fu & ninjutsu be called a mixed martial artist?
Not by most MMAists. Strictly speaking, studying two martial arts is just cross training. To be MMA, the elements of the two would have to be blended together and trained in a realistic way (sparring), with equal attention being paid to the stand-up, clinch, and ground-fighting phases of combat.
Q: How does the torque of a construction crane relate to the torque of a car?
Torque is force x distance. In a car, the torque is the force twisting the drive axles, and the distance is the radius of the driving wheels. It controls the rate of acceleration of the car. In a crane, the force is that provided by the winch cable, and the distance is the length of the jib. It controls the weight the crane can lift.
Q: I need to make a crane in my mechanical class. I can use anything pretty much (pulleys, levers, etc.) The goal is to make a crane with a claw that can pick up a weighted container in a tub of water. It needs to be operated by handle or something, and the base of machine must be on the table top. Any help will be appreciated.

Q: I need it for my English class, not to cheat, but because my literature book only has an excerpt, in which I didn't even know Yukiko's name. And my teacher insists on finding it out for ourselves and I just want to know what the story is about and what the scandal repeatedly implied in the excerpt is.

Q: Okay Answers community, I need your help. I recently received a thousand paper cranes for my birthday and I want to know, what's the best way to hang them up (like on fishing line etc.)? Also, at the moment I think I'd like to hang them up in my bedroom, in interesting patterns. Any suggestions for how to arrange the cranes, or other ideas for what to do with a thousand paper cranes? Just remember, I'd like to keep the lot!
Thread them with fishing line as you stated in you question. Depending on how big they are, string them 20 to a string and put them on a dowel with 10 strings ,so you will have 200 cranes per dowel times 5 dowels !000 pieces.
Q: in the title. any books that talk about the physics in a tower crane? or any crane in general? or a similar machine to a crane?
Hi, Well, this is an interesting topic about physics and requires to have a basic knowledge, correct? So here we have some books: - Chopra, K. A. Dynamics of Structures: theory and applications to earthquake engineering. - Bostelman, R., et al. “Toward Next-generation Construction Machine,” Proceeding of American Nuclear Society 9th International Topical Meeting on Robotics and Remote Systems. - Gore, Bryson. Trucks, Tractors, And Cranes. - Grote Antonsson, editors. Handbook of Mechanical Engineering. - Seidel, Michael. Tensile Surface Structures. B-) FL ------------- You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him discover it in himself.” (Galileo Galilei)
Q: Can the attached arm of the tower crane be welded?
The calculation of the attachment of tower crane mainly includes three parts: attachment rod calculation, connection calculation of attached bearing and calculation of attached frame. (1) the attachment bar calculates the attachment bar and is calculated by the compression member of the pivot shaft hinged at both ends. 1) the internal forces of the attached rod and the internal force of the connecting rod are taken as required by the instruction; if the specification does not specify, or when the spacing between the two supports connected with the building is changed, the calculation shall be carried out.
Q: Climbing process of an internal climbing tower crane
The tower is sleeved on the ladder climbing, lifting hydraulic cylinder is articulated in the body of the beam, and the lower end (piston rod end) the middle beam is hinged on the activities. The two sides of the tower are provided with legs, and the two sides of the movable beam are also provided with legs, and the two supporting legs are alternately supported on the ladder steps so as to cause the tower to rise.
