Q:i have a verizon Samsung SCH-u740. i accidently left my cell phone charger at my friends house and took her boyfriends lg charger, thinking that it was mine, by mistake. i am in desperate need of battery and i wont be able to get it until tomorrow evening. is there any alternatives of charging it without the charger itself?

No I guarantee you that you need that charger. If you are needing your phone for the morning time you can turn off you phone now to save battery power and then just power it back on in the morning. This way you will still have it for in the morning. Or if you know of anyone with a samsung charger for a TMO or Att charger you could use thiers. but their phone has to be kind of new. No older than l year old at max. They use the same charges techinally.

Q:I need a charger for an Isonic Snapbox M1 camcorder. I misplace it while moving from one state to another. Does anyone knows of a universal charger I could use? Q:A couple of months ago, I was using my laptop and It was on charged. I then realized my laptop stopped charging. I fiddled about with the wire, to see if it would work, but no avail. I plugged it into my sisters identical laptop to see if it would work, still no avail. The wire that's plugged to the adapter [the big box that the 2 wires that are plugged into] that you plug into the electrics is working properly seeming i tried it on my sister charger and it worked fine. My sisters charger works in my laptop as well.Any ideas what this could be? Also some Information about my laptop is that I had the laptop at christmas 2008. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L300D. The charger is 19v.Thanks for any help that you give me.

Q:I have a Sony HDR-CX150 and the USB cable to go along with it. I was wondering if I could plug the cable into my iPod wall charger or LG EnV3 wall charger and safely charge the handycam. If it is not safe, why? Thanks!

A charger is set up to deliver the energy at a frequency ideal for the electronics in question. This can be anywhere between 1.5 volts to 12 and even 18 volts. If one electronic is set up to receive juice at 4.5v and the second electronic is set up to receive juice at 9v, you will fry the 4.5v electronic device by plugging it into the 9v charger. You'll kill the electronics this way. This is why chargers are not universal. On the back of all the electronic devices and chargers if you look at it can be found a volt measurement of the charger and of the electronic device. Hope this helps.

Q:Hi, when I plug the charger into the laptop it doesn't always say it's plugged in and I have to move it around to get it to say it's plugged in and charging. But when it is plugged in it does charge and when I take it out the battery will be charged normally. Is it a faulty battery, charger or the jack where the charger goes.

NO! If you have other laptop with matching voltages and ampere then the new supply will work. But most cordless phone, speakers, and any small black cube will not work. Wrong voltage, ampere, and most cases to small of plug. You can find power supplies for laptop on the internet or local computer store. I would take your laptop with you when you go shopping for the power supply.

Q:Being from Pittsburgh, I have no doubt the Steelers will demolish the Chargers. Pittsburgh weather on Sunday is expected to be low 20's and snowing. Can San Diego handle that? I am a Steelers fan second (after the Redskins). The Steelers will win this game no problem. Their defense is too good. Also the Chargers defense is not that great. West coast teams traveling to the East coast this year are something like 1-13. That coupled with the fact that the Chargers are a warm weather team and the weather will be cold I just do not see how the Chargers can win. The only way the Chargers can win is if the Steelers offense totally lays an egg -- something like 3 + turnovers plus a bunch of penalties etc. I just do not see that happening Pittsburgh 23 - 13.
