Product Features
1. Corrosion resistance
PPR pipes and fittings can resistant to most chemical corrosion; it can withstand PH value range 1-14 high concentration of acid and alkali corrosion over a wide temperature range.
2. Installation performance
PPR pipe PPR pipe is light in weight, and the operation installation is easy, which make it available to weld again. It is very important that pipe and pipe fittings can be welded together in seconds with a simple tool. Compared to traditional connection methods it can save 40%~50% of the time.
3. Safety Indicators
The basic component of PPR is carbon and hydrogen which is simple. It keeps in line with food hygiene regulations, non-toxic. If you use PPR pipe, there will no dirt in the inner wall or “secondary water pollution” caused by rust any more.PPR pipe ,green building materials, is more suitable for transporting drinking water.

Advantages of PPR pipe
1. Maximum operating temperature can up to 95℃; it can work in a long term under the condition of 70℃ and 1.0Mpa.
2. PPR pipe density is only 1/8 of metal pipe; pressure resistance strength test is up 5Mpa, with good toughness, impact resistance.
3. Inner diameter of PPR pipe is little bigger than that of pipe fittings, which can ensure not to increase the resistance to fluid flow.
4. Inner wall of PPR pipe is smooth, no rust, no scaling, small fluid resistance
5. PPR pipe has excellent insulation properties, can significantly reduce the vibration and noise caused by the flow of liquid.
6. PPR pipe energy consumption is only 20% of steel pipe; its thermal coefficient is also only 1/200 of steel pipe, reducing heat loss greatly.
7. PPR pipe is poor electrical conductor material, which can avoid galvanic corrosion phenomena.
8. With poor thermal conductivity, PPR pipe can reduce condensation.
9. PPR pipes, fittings are recyclable.

Application
1. Hot and cold drinking water supply system of civil and industrial buildings
2. Clean, pure water piping system
3. Beverage production and transport systems
4. Industrial liquid delivery system
5. Central air conditioning system
6. Hot water circulation Heating System
7. Compressed air piping system
8. Garden and greenhouse irrigation systems

Q: How do plastic tubes compare to fiberglass tubes in terms of strength?
In terms of strength, fiberglass tubes are generally considered to be stronger than plastic tubes.
Q: How are plastic tubes disposed of?
Plastic tubes are typically disposed of by recycling them through specialized recycling facilities or by placing them in designated recycling bins. However, it is important to check local recycling guidelines as some areas may not accept certain types of plastic tubes. If recycling is not an option, they can be disposed of in regular trash bins, but it is always recommended to reduce plastic waste and explore alternative packaging options whenever possible.
Q: just needed to know before i ran into a potential disaster! lol -any tidbits of advise would be gladly accepted =)gt;
It will work. But you have to let the experts do the drilling of the tank glass. This is easily done. In fact, some marine hobbyists with sumps are familiar with this. Find one and ask him for advice and the proper fittings to install. The only difference I see is that you will use clear plastic tubing instead of the normal PVC pipes used by marine hobbyists.
Q: On my RV i need to replace a brass fitting on the plastic tubing near the h2o holding tank, but the old fitting has the 3 rings around it I can't cut the tubing it will cause it to be too short and all the lines seem to be the same so i can't go farther. How can i get the old part out?
if the plastic pipe is grey, you are not going to find replacement (polybutylene pipe) poly pipe fittings are not made anymore. What you can do is get a sharkbite tee and 3 sharkbite couplings and a short piece of pex, copper, or cpvc pipe and make up what you cut out. Poly/pex cutters are sold at home depot or you can cut w/hacksaw
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for playground equipment?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for playground equipment. They are lightweight, durable, and can be easily molded into various shapes and sizes, making them suitable for creating slides, tunnels, climbing structures, and other components of playground equipment. Additionally, plastic tubes are often weather-resistant and require minimal maintenance, making them a popular choice for playgrounds.
Q: I have my sink clogged and I really wonder that I can use the drain opener to clear it off. My concern is that the sinks have plastic tubes. Will pouring the drain opener through them be harmful?
Alternatively, you can just unclog it naturally by using a vacuum attachment such as VaccUFlex.
Q: can you use copper piping to fire firework rockets instead of plastic tubes ?
Yes, it is better because if the tube explodes, x-rays cannot find plastic in your body but copper will show up.
Q: My friend is 18 years old (male) and a smoker of 2 years. last night, he got in a severe car accident where he was told that he had punctured his lung perhaps from a cracked rib. He had two more x-rays after that and found that the hole was growing and that the puncture collapsed. the puncture they said was very small from the beginning and i'm not 100% sure that it collapsed. now, they say they need to put in a chest tube in tomorrow. what in the world is the chest tube? how long is it in? is there any visible scars or any side effects to the tube?please help..
A chest tube is literally a plastic tube that is inserted into the chest. It is roughly as big around as a Sharpie marker. It will be inserted between the ribs, just below the armpit. It will drain air and fluid from the pleural cavity (space between the chest wall and lung), which will relieve pressure on the lung and allow it to re-inflate. There are complications that can occur, but they are rare. After the chest tube is removed, there will be a small scar on the chest that is a few inches long. Hope that helps, and I wish your friend a speedy recovery.
Q: Hello Community, I'm 15 years old and I'm having ear tubes put in next week. Has anybody had ear tubes? What is it like having little metal things in your ear? Also, I live in San Diego and I really like to swim. Will I still be able to swim? I know I can't dive to depths, but can I put my head under water? Please help! THANKS FOR YOUR ANSWERS! =)
I never had tubes, but my son did. They are tiny plastic tubes that your ears will push out over time as they grow. You will not feel them at all, and if you want to swim, you just have to put some swimmer's ear plugs in, which you can buy at the drug store to seal your ears shut. My son used that and he swam all the time with no problems. You'll be fine!
Q: When the fire line is weak, the pipe or plastic pipe is used
The flame retardant PVC plastic pipe, the tubing must be galvanized tube
