Q:I've usually see em in the movies and stuff like that. Little long tubes like hand held flares which upon breaking or twisting emits faint green light sort of like the radium stickers and stuff like that and are these available in military surplus stores?: The term we always used for them was Chem-Lites. Didn't matter what color or where they came from. The color of them is dictated by the color of the plastic tube that the liquid is in. You should be able to find them at most outdoor/sporting good stores, possibly a military surplus store, and even Wal-Mart.

Q:the tank is four sided and some what triangular and the top is attached to tank: you can take a small peice of pvc pipe or a hose that will fit and put it on there. and if it needs a cover you can buy a small peice of mesh like what is on a screen door. that should work fine untill you can find the right peice.
