Q: i just bought a new keyboard today then when i turned around my CPU to plug it in, i realized that the cord for the keyboard is rectangular and the hole in the CPU is circular! is there anything i can buy to make this keyboard fit into the hole? how much would it cost?
It sounds like the keyboard you bought is for a com port hook up. The round hole is called a PS-2 connection. Most all keyboards and mouse are PS-2 but the serial port will also work. Look for the connection on your computer that matches your cord
Q: Hey guys. my iBook g4's internal keyboard is kinda broken and it types on its own so i bought an external keyboard then after a while while im typing sometimes the internal keyboard is typing diffirent letters again and its annoying so my question is how do i disable my internal keyboard?its just sooo annoyingPlease answer. Thanks in advance. No stupid answers. Please
Uninstall the driver for the correct keyboard (this can be done if you disconnect your external keyboard and go to your device manager and un install the driver seen under keyboards). Or you may uninstall all the drivers come under key board. Then reconnect the External keyboard. It will work fine.
Q: I have the logitech bluetooth keyboard and mose for the ps3 aand is there a way for me to install a OS with that or does it require a wired keyboard?
You need a wired keyboard for the installation, because you can't connect Bluetooth device until after. You know you can use the bluetooth keyboard/mouse on the XMB, right? I'm pretty sure you can use it also, for web surfing and whatnot.
Q: Selection of work by keyboard
?Surface and edges handle the delicate keyboard, letters and symbols on the keycap usually uses laser engraved,
Q: Keyboard selection based on keyboard touch
As the most common input device, touch is undoubtedly the most important.
Q: can i anyone explain me why keyboard is not made in proper arangment of alphabets like A B C D why it is made in improper way like this Q W E R . and who invented keyboard like this.
Before keyboards there were typewriters. The typewriter could only handle someone typing but so fast on it to start. A person came up with the arrangement of keys to keep people from typing too fast and making the typewriter malfunction. Today we don't have to worry about that but, we still use the same kind of keyboard layout because of tradition.
Q: Every once in a while the num, caps and scroll lock will suddenly all light up for a second, then all the light will turn off (even though I had the num lock on, and I can still use the numbers). When this happens one thing i notice is the keyboard repeat rate changes (goes slower). This happens everyday and gets annoying any ideas?
I think your keyboard is screwed up. My advice would be: Get a new keyboard :P
Q: For some reason the numbers and symbols on my keyboard are not working. The number pad is though. When I try to hit a number it'll do the last letter I typed in instead. Another thing that is weird is that the numbers will work fine when I'm in a video game. Any suggestions?
Temporary Solution: Use an On-Screen Keyboard.
Q: computer keyboard information
Not sure what you are looking. Stander Keyboards don't have any memory in them, so there is no memory stored in them. You can give it away and nobody can see what you have typed on it. Some of the multimedia keyboards with LCD display have some memory, and can store micros. You may need to erase the micros if you want to clean your tracks. if you want to know about PC keyboards check out: arl.wustl.edu/~lockwood/class/cs306/books/artofasm/Chapter_20/CH20-1.html
Q: I have a steel-string acoustic guitar and I am getting good. My problem is that almost everyone in my small town who is a musician plays guitar, so I am kinda just one of the crowd.I was thinking about taking up a second instrument and I cannot decide between these two.If it makes a difference, I would be getting a set of electric drums if I got drums (cheaper, smaller, easily moved). And I have a little piano experience, so I know the notes on a keyboard and I know nothing about drums.Anything would help.
I would take drums, keyboard can't be heard in rock bands.
