Q: ok i know that this question i am about to ask is a real dumb, lazy question but anyway here it goes.....i do know about the Canned Air that u can use which is for cleaning out your laptop/desktop you know to get those dust particles out and stuff.......but i want to know cant instead of using Canned air (or if you just dont have any) cant u just use a Vacuum Cleaner hose to just suck up all the dust from the laptop/desktop? cuz basically thats what laptops are made to do and it would be a easier way to save money instead of buying more canned air.....well can anyone let me know tell me what you think....
A vacuum cleaner is not a good idea for cleaning your PC - Here's why: 1.Mini vacuum cleaners – Those mini vacuum cleaners that are advertised to clean your keyboards are useless to clean the inside of a computer. The actual suction is minimal, and the risk of damaging your equipment is high. 2.Vacuum cleaners and ShopVacs that are very powerful cleaners with hose attachments should be completely avoided for the following reasons: a)Vacuum attachments are large, bulky, and clumsy. It is very easy to accidentally knock off capacitors and other electronic component while you are trying to suck out the dust b)Electrostatic discharge – As air moves at high velocity into the tip of the hose attachment, electrostatic charge builds up. If the attachment comes in close proximity to an electronic components, a static discharge may occur and kill that piece of equipment.
Q: everytime i turn my vacuum cleaner on ,my dog gos nuts starts barking and trys to bite it, ?? why they do that
They don't.. Dogs that haven't been socialized to the vacuum or a dog that has been teased w/ a vacuum might act like that. Normal well balanced dogs don't do that. Edit : The vacuum does not hurt their ears, most of my dogs love to be vacuumed.. The rest of them just lay there and make me vacuum around them... 10 dogs and none of them are afraid... Hmmm... None of them are death.. It MUST be that they are socialized well and well bred, well balanced dogs who have no ridiculous fears..
Q: Just got cornered by a salesman and I would like to know if it is REALLY worth $3000.000.
Have not heard of this brand. I have a commercial cleaning service and the most that I have spent for a commercial strength, dual motor, extra wide vacuum is barely over $700. The only way that I would spend $3000 for a vacuum is if it included someone to also do the vacuuming for me Higher price doesnt necessarily mean better quality
Q: Do they actually increase the amount of suction or are they simply a marketing ploy we have all fallen victim to?
Believe me, it is not a marketing ploy; bagless vacuum cleaners have at least one vortex, or multiple vorticies for that matter if it's a Dyson or Dyson knockoff. The cyclone that all bagless vacuum cleaners share is the large visual vortex seen within the common clear collection bin. This cyclonic airflow forces large debris like pet hair, paper, food crumbs, etc. outside the airflow, so that the airflow can travel on through the rest of the machine. If it machine is of your typical Wal-Mart variety Hoover or what have you, the airflow with all the fine dust in it will travel through a pleated hepa filter. At this point, the dust particles will obstruct the filter's pores, and air flow will be drastically reduced. If it's anything like a Dyson, or Dyson knock off, the airflow will travel through a large perpherated cylinder called the 'shroud' (which it mean to keep out hair from the airstream, and onward into the multiple vortexes. Within these vortexes, airflow is sped up to over 950 MPH (around 110,000 g-forces), which then forces dust particles out of the airstream, and into a seperate compartment which can later be emptied when full. If you don't understand this concept, think of a drunken carney standing on a Marry-go-round and not properly fastened to a horsey. The centrifugal force of the ride will throw his *** into the grass because he could not handle the circular motion of the ride. The carney represents the dust, and the ride represents the vortex; it is a similar concept. After the airflow is rid of most dust particles, it will travel through a prefilter, then the motor, then the post HEPA filter. Of course, most of the Dyson knock offs cannot filter as efficiently because of their inability to emulate Dyson's efficient patented design. Of course, this describe the general concept of the multi-cyclonic vacuum cleaner.
Q: quot; Our vacuum cleaners suck more than all of the others!:)
Yeah cause it sucks when your vacuum don't.
Q: My vacuum cleaner is broken and I was just thinking what did people use before vacuum cleaners? random question I know but it just popped into my head.
When Were Vacuum Cleaners Invented
Q: People!, Why many people buy USA Donald Trump vacuum cleaners? Why?
Lol, no such thing.
Q: how long have they been in use
not sure but it has been several years I don't know anyone personally that has one I would like to try one but way too expensive for me!
Q: In other words, why are some electric motors very quiet but others are so loud? Why can't they make a quiet vacuum cleaner?
The noise of a vacuum does not come from the motor, but from the eddies in the air being sucked. Open a vacuum cleaner and remove the impeller (the fan) and it would get a lot more quiet.
Q: Are Kirby vacuum cleaners worth it?
They are absolutely worth it if you own your house and care about cleanliness, and the life of your floor covering. I have done side by side tests using many many different vacuums, including dyson, electrolux, oreck, rainbow, and all the junk ones you can buy at department stores...using test pads. the only vacuum that even came close in value was a central vac. other than that, kirby is by far the best IF you can afford one.
