API STC Casing Couplings

We provide STC casing coulings from 4-1/2″ to 20″, in grade J55, K55, N80, L80 and P110.

Threads are used as mechanical means to hold the neighboring joints together during axial tension or compression. For all casing sizes, the threads are not intended to be leak resistant when made up.

The round-thread (STC or LTC) casing-joint strength is given as the lesser of the fracture strength of the pin and the jump-out strength.

Q:how are electromagnetic waves detected???: Annealing the copper pipe and copper fittings relieves stresses that have accumulated during the manufacturing process. The annealing makes the copper somewhat softer which allows for the pipe to be rolled into coils for shipping for example. Hope this helped.

Q:ok- so if you smoke a whole lot of marijuana inside your house- i mean to a point where you smoked like 5 grams- can cops somehow detect it from the helicopters using their lil f*cking weed growing detectors- if you can detect weed growing then is it possible to detect if alot of weed has been smoked- this question has been in my mind for a while now: Teflon Tape or PTFE, short for polytetrafluoroethylene is used for pipe threads and never used in any type of flared thread. The sealing surface of the flare is metal to metal. You probably have some contamination in the sealing surface, or the nut is loose, or the seat is damaged or split. Teflon tape can be used in many automotive fluids where applicable to the thread. Fuel, coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, gear oil are all compatible with PTFE. It does not dissolve in any of these fluids. One last thought, if the fitting that is leaking is a banjo fitting you may need to replace the sealing washers. Google banjo fitting

Q:If you could think of one it would be much appreciatedthanks: crimp much holes tighter, all-ways brass fittings , cinch or crimp on a plastic fitting may cause failure or cracks.not seen until a leak or flooding. I've and done the freeze test on pex with a 2'ft. piece with plugs in the ends, both cinch crimp, plastic fitting brass/ both pex piping swell, but the plastic gave out. use pipe insulation with 3/4 wall like armor flex. check r value on insulation for your area.

Q:Okay I have a cat and a dog. The dog sheds a lot of fur. And it sticks to my clothes, blanket, shoes, socks, pants, etc. I use the rollers but the hair sticks back. What is the best way to remove fur? Is there a machine that help clothes jot attract fur?: I was going to suggest the same thing - you detector is still plugged in even though you removed the battery. Can you take the bedroom detector down from the ceiling? By now you must have replaced the battery in the hallway so you are back to only one beep. I know it is irritating. I have a cathedral ceiling and have wait for someone with an extension ladder to come replace the battery in that detector. And it just keeps beeping. :)
