- Q:What is the difference between a YJV cable and a VV cable?
- How can you pick up the computer, Internet cafes router connected to the tap, each tap has a lot of jacks, so you can pick up so many computers, you can carefully observe the Internet cafes, some iron box there are a lot of green In the flash is the tap
- Q:HiIs it advisable to run 110VAC cable from the sub stationa and 110VAC cable from generator (clean) in the same conduit ; one of them for lighting and the other for CCTV; the concern is if the one for lighting is not clean (not consisting of a pure sine wave or carrying interference) would that effect the power line of the CCTV and has an effect on the picture? even though both are 110VAC.the installation is over seas where the power from the station is not consistence.
- if the two are not shielded from each other they will cause interference... run two seperate metal conduits,, or use shielded AC cable in the same conduit ,, ground the shields and the conduit!!!
- Q:Cable 3 (4 × 185 + 1 × 95) What does it mean?
- The same is 1080P resolution, the computer with the TV is not full screen, it is possible that the frequency of computer graphics output and TV default frequency is different (the national standard is PAL50 Hz), so as long as the graphics output frequency into 50 Hz will be full screen. Win7 mouse right click, select the resolution, the remaining steps see below:
- Q:i have a 2001 corolla with a new amplifier. when they wanted to test the amp after all wiring was done, they somehow wired the amps power cable to my negative connection on the battery. i turned on the electrics on the car and they all work. then i tried starting it, and how the engine wont start and the lights dim when im turning the key. what happened? and how can i fix this major screw up???
- If the electronics work, then it's not the battery, Hooking up the power wire the ground does nothing, there isn't a circuit to complete, without power. Even the remote turn wire, having power, would either put the amp into protection, or pop the fuses...Does it try to turn over? or if not, does it have a starter solenoid?
- Q:I have a yamaha dgx-300 keyboard, and lost the power cable to it about a year ago. Do any stores like circuit city or something carry a power cord that would be compatible with my keyboard?
- what type of power cord does it use? if its a regular ac input, you could just use any ac plug with the correct amount of power <-- this isn't the recommended choice, just a posibility.
- Q:(for example : 1sqmm, 4sqmm, 35 sqmm) i need a formula to calculate current by knowing the area of the cable?
- This is not a simple answer. The amount of current that a cable can carry depends on the amount of voltage drop that you can tolerate (mostly an issue in long cables) and the temperature rating of the insulation used on the cable ( the higher the temperature rating, the higher the current that you can run in the cable) and the ability of the cable to loose the heat that is generated from the I^2R drop in the cable. For example, if a cable is in open air with no other heat sources near it, it can accomodate more current before compromising the insulation. If a cable is in a conduit with other cables that are generating heat, then the conductor needs to be increased in size to decrease the heat. The ampacity of the cable is also affected by the duty cycle of the current that the wire is carrying. If the duty cycle of the current is 10% then the wire can carry much more current compared to a current of 100% or continuous. Having said all this, there are tables of ampacities for various sized wires.
- Q:I managed to break off the tip of my laptop power cable to the point that I need it replaced. I can't pay with cash on OKorder and don't own a credit card. Anyone know an electronics store where I could find another? Thank you.
- Eee mini laptops use something referred to as an SSD complicated force or a stable State force. those are drives that have no shifting factors in them. THey perform very such as a USB flash force with in uncomplicated terms circuits and chips on them, no automobiles, no platters, no needles like complicated Drives. they are very rapid and extremely cool to assert the least :) With admire to those with cameras they are the fashions in the 900 and 1000 sequence that characteristic cameras. The seven hundred sequence ones have an non-compulsory digital camera on the 701 sort. have exciting at the same time with your new pc mini :) they are exciting Oh and additionally look at IBM, they make mini laptops too and additionally the recent MacBook Air is a mini pc, it extremely is particularly easy, slender and probable the best one :)
- Q:even though it lights, its not so bright. its little dim but cpu is not at all turning on, its silent...
- Do you mean the CPU fan? Is the PC booting? Sounds like the PSU. Try swapping the PSU or buying new one(they are not dear)
- Q:on the end of the cable that connects to the laptop not the power outlet
- That cylinder is called a choke. The purpose of the item is to deflect electrical interferences from the outside sources...like telephones, 2-way radios, ect. It also works as a shield for the brick or power converter that your laptop uses. It also puts out signals that could interfere in other devices.
- Q:A power cable of copper is stretched straight between two fixed towers. If the temperature decreases, the cable tends to contract; the amount of contraction for a free copper cable is 0.0017% per degree celsius. Show that the stretched cable will snap if its temperature decreases by 128°C.Ignore the weight of the cable and assume Hooke's law is obeyed until the cable breaks. Young's modulus for copper is 11.0 x 10^10 N/m^2 and the ultimate tensile strength of copper is 2.4 x 10^8 N/m^2.
- Change in length=(coefficient of expansion)(original length)(change T)= (.0017)(chose your favoret length, I chose 100)( -128 because T is decreeing)=-21.76 Strain = (change in length)/(original length)= 21.76/100= .2176Pa (for simplicity's sake I dropped the negative, rember the wire is in tension) Stress = (youngs modulus)(strain)= (11?10^10)(.2176)= 2.3936?10^10 Pa The UTS (2.4?10^8)<(2.39?10^10) so there is definitely necking and because of the difference most likely there was failure long ago.
