2.Description

Aluminium is a relatively soft, durable, lightweight, ductile and malleable metal with appearance ranging from silvery to dull gray, depending on the surface roughness. It is nonmagnetic and does not easily ignite. A fresh film of aluminium serves as a good reflector (approximately 92%) of visible light and an excellent reflector (as much as 98%) of medium and far infrared radiation. The yield strength of pure aluminium is 7–11 MPa, while aluminium alloys have yield strengths ranging from 200 MPa to 600 MPa.Aluminium has about one-third the density and stiffness of steel. It is easily machined, cast, drawn and extruded.

Aluminium atoms are arranged in a face-centered cubic (fcc) structure. Aluminium has a stacking-fault energy of approximately 200 mJ/m2.

Aluminium is a good thermal and electrical conductor, having 59% the conductivity of copper, both thermal and electrical, while having only 30% of copper's density. Aluminium is capable of being a superconductor, with a superconducting critical temperature of 1.2 Kelvin and a critical magnetic field of about 100 gauss (10 milliteslas).

5.FAQ

1)what is aluminum?

Aluminium (or aluminum; see spelling differences) is a chemical element in the boron group with symbol Al and atomic number 13. It is a silvery white, soft, nonmagnetic, ductile metal. Aluminium is the third most abundant element (after oxygen and silicon), and the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust. It makes up about 8% by weight of the Earth's solid surface.

Aluminium metal is so chemically reactive that native specimens are rare and limited to extreme reducing environments. Instead, it is found combined in over 270 different minerals. The chief ore of aluminium is bauxite.

2)What's kind of payment term we can supply?

CIF,CFR, FOB and other.

Q: How can l put More Flavor into Smoked Ham?
Many people put different glazes on ham that give it more flavor which include, honey, brown sugar, and pineapple combinations one option is to smoke the ham to give it a deeper, richer flavor or you can make a glaze here is my favorite glaze ) Dijon Maple Glazed Spiral Ham 1 (9-pound) store bought bone-in spiral ham 3/4 cup water For the glaze: 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg Preheat oven to 300 degrees F Place ham in a roasting pan and pour about 3/4 cup water into the bottom of panCover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until heated through, soft and tender Make the glaze: Whisk all ingredients together in a saucepan until smooth and heat over medium-low to medium heat until simmeringSimmer for 2 minutes and remove from heat When ham is heated through, remove the aluminum foil, and pour or brush the glaze over the top to cover completelyRaise oven temperature to 400 degrees F Return the ham to the oven and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until glaze is caramelized and bubblyLet rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Q: it clogs up the drainso what do you do with it?
The wax will melt for sure and that's not a good thingprobably not all that healthy yah know? Anyway, parchment paper is fineand now, Martha Stewart has a paper lining for baking that is parchment on one side and aluminum foil on the otherIt's really cool!
Q: if aluminum has 10 electrons after it forms an ion, what is aluminums charge and what type of ion did it form? Can you walk me through it please? :)
Aluminium's periodic number is 13If it has 10 electrons after it forms an ion, then it has lost 3 electronsLosing a negatively charged particle (electron) will naturally make the atom more positively charged, as there is a lack of negative chargeTherefore the charge is 3+ Anions are negatively charged ions Cations are positively charged ions It is positively charged Therefore it is a cation
Q: The aluminum in a package containing 75 ft2 of kitchen foil weighs approximately 12 ozAluminum has a density of 2.70 g/cm3What is the approximate thickness of the aluminum foil in millimeters? (1 oz 28.4 g.)
Although these metals are toxic, they aren't toxic in human body not every thing is measured by that, Simply, For Example the hydrogen is flammable and oxygen causes flame, in labif they joined each other they make a huge explosion, but when we look at the chemical structure of water, we find that it consist of hydrogen and oxygen !!!! So, things aren't measured by the apparent.
Q: Electron dot notation or lewis structure.
I also have an geriatric gelding (32)I live in northwestern PA and the norm here is single digits and 3 feet of snowI don't blanket him very oftenHe gets an EXCELLENT coat each year and still doesI think it's rather silly to blanket a horse when it's still above freezingBut if you do start blanketing him that early then you can't stopHe will lose his tolerance for the cold, and his hair will not grow like it naturally should because it doesn't need toI think what you need to ask yourself is how he usually fairs during the winter months? I mean if he has an excellent coat and normally you don't see him shivering and he has never had a blanket on then I would probably use it sparinglyI only put Buck's blanket on him when it is below freezing and only at night, I take it off in the morningAnd I've only blanketed my 22 year old mare when she has been shivering and then the next morning I take it right offI have had both equines for nearly 20 years and neither one of them have ever gotten sickBut you should also take into consideration his breed and sensitivety and weight? Just think on itI mean if you think he needs it then put it on, but don't use it as a crutch There is no reason to keep a blanket on a horse for day after day after dayBut if you're more interested in having him show ready then I would put it on him as soon as you notice him having difficulties with the weatherGOOD luck!!
Q: My roommates and I have started Recycling on our dorm floor and we can only recycle aluminum, plastic and glassWe know that pretty much all glass, plastic bottles and aluminum cans are good to recycle, but what else is ok? Here are some things we are unsure of:-Plastic Mac and Cheese containers-Chip Bags-Resealable Bags-Hairspray Cans-Candy WrappersIf you know whether these are ok, or if you can think of some others we haven't consideredPLEASE help!!!!Thank you SO much :)
aluminium foils, aluminium siding from houses are ok to recycleexpanded polyethene, polystyrene these are the forms of plastic which are ok to recycle
Q: So I just saw a commercial for zip-lock bags that are made of less plastic and using wind energyThere is also a Reynolds wrap aluminum foil that is also more greenMy question is if both the quot;greenerquot; product and the original are of equal quality why do they make bothThis also goes for the cleanersI think that if we really want to make a change for a better earth that companies if they find a greener better way to make the product then they should just sell the quot;greenerquot; productOther wise you give people a choice and they will think that the quot;greenerquot; product is not as goodSo the question is if they are equal why make both?
Thats a great question and I never really thought about itThe green products are more expensive - i don't know if it costs more to make them or not, but if based on volume, they probably sell less of the green, thus making the price higherBut, I could be wrongIf the green product does cost more, then they are offering both products in order to stay competitive with other manufacturers, while at the same time offering you a choice.
Q: put frozen casserole in fridge (hope it warms lol) so it thaws in fridge some before baking in ovenwhen I bake it should I cover with aluminum foil to keep any moisture in so it doesnt dry outthanks for answering my first casserole question.
if you want thick yarn for it go to anyplace that sells yarn and look on the label for a number 5 or above that mean chunky weight and will be thicker and also come in many cool styles that will be fun to work with
Q: i saw a guy on jay lino bake a chicken covered with salt i was wondering if anybody can tell me the recipe
