Q: Alright building a computer for a client of mine and the tower has a front USB panel for easy convenience. The front panel has 3 separate cables. 2 of them are 4 pin USB internal cables and the other is a simple ground pin connector.: Hi, I haven't seen what you're describing before either, just so you know you're not going mad! But just as a thought, it looks as if the two 4-pin connectors would fit nicely into a standard 9-pin internal connector, and supposedly the single ground connector would fit on the spare pin. It would be wise to look at a regular 9-pin USB plug to see which way round they go, etc., but I'm sure this would work fine. P.S. Ing. Luis M - that isn't an answer mate, no help whatsoever.

Q: I have been looking at some components to build my own desktop computer. I have found many motherboards that have everything I need but it doesn't tell me weather it has a connector for the power button on the Chassis. I assume that every motherboard has one of these and there is no need to list it. Is this correct? Thanks for any help! There is a big cable (usually many colored wires together) that has all the buttons in one. (power, reset, LED's) Look at your motherboards manual.

Q: I just bought a pair of speakers and the connector wire from the car does not fit the speaker? Do I need to get some sort of adapter or do I need to find speakers that have the same connection?: You can buy a standard OEM to OEM connector from AutoZone or some other parts store, and they run directly into your factory speaker wire (the one that plugs into one another) or what you could also do is cut off the factory connectors and splice them back and tie them off to your new speaker wires from you new speaker, but if you do that make sure you put the pos to the pos and neg. to the neg, and also keep the wires from being bare use electrical tape, wire twisters, or some other sort of connection device, bare wires are not a good thing at all

Q: I recently replaced the IAT sensor (which was super easy) on my engine as the code I was given suggested that it needed to be replaced. The check engine light returned about a few miles later. Im wondering if it could be the wiring leading from the sensor to the engine. How do I replace this connector and where can I buy it if possible?: There could be more to it than just a connector issue here. But if you believe it is the connector, than what you do is just clip the wires leaving enough to solder your new wires to your old ones then tape them good. you should be able to get the connector at any napa store.

Q: Anyone know why some power suppy units that use SATA as the connection type have sometimes 2-4 connectors?: Because they use both 12 volt DC and 5 volt DC, one set of wires is the negative and positive for the 12 volt, and the other set is the positive and negative for the 5 volt. Different devices use different voltages, and having both run in the same connector allows that to happen. That is why fans generally have two wires on the connector, because they use one or the other voltage. (yes I know fans connecting to the motherboard have 3 wires, but were not talking about those types)

Q: I have a Ford F-250 Turbo Diesel. The connector the is connected to the Oil Supply has a gasket that has-for lack of better words-disintegrated. It has gotten oil seepage from the years of wear and tear. I am looking for the part or part name so that I can replace it. It seems fairly simple but if not please point me in the right direction. Q: i have some wire with the connectors on the end already and i want to use the ends on a longer wire. can i uncrimp the connectors and put them on a longer wire somehow?: I've never tried but I doubt it.

Q: I was looking on the market for a 9800 GT and most of the ones I saw required 2 6 Pin PCI connectors. I saw one 9800 at a local Best Buy and the recommended power supply was only 350 watt. How do they expect you to have a power supply like that with two 6 Pin PCI connectors? I have a BFG 450 watt psu and it only came with one connector. So my question is, is there any way I can hook up another 6 Pin from my power supply to the graphics cardare there any kind of adapters out there? I would appreciate some help.
