Q:How to clean up the protective film on plastic steel doors and windows?
Using alcohol
Q:What does it mean that a protective film is anti-blue-ray?
Anti-blue-ray protective film can weaken the blue ray of the screen. It would not be so dazzling that it can ease visual fatigue. Blue ray is the light emitted LED screen. It's a component of artificial light. It's bad to the eyes looking at the screen for a long time.
Q:The way to distinguish acrylic glue from silica gel.
Most of the PET protective films we use are coated with silica gel. Compared to acrylic glue, silica gel is much widely used. For example, the PET protective films that are commonly used on screen is required to be coated with silica gel. Besides, the temperature that silica gel could bear is higher than that acrylic glue could. Acrylic glue is mainly used in packaging of high-light products or used as the switch of thin film. It's quite cheap and convenient. When we buy a roll of PET protective film, how can we know whether acrylic glue or silica gel is used in it? The simplest and fastest way is to scratch the adhesive side of the film. If there is no glue or powder, then it's silica gel, otherwise it's acrylic glue. Therefore, silica gel is also called "glue with no powder". The manufacturer who use adhesive PET protective films can use this method to know whether acrylic glue or silica gel is used in the film they are using.
Q:What to do if the plastic protective film can't be torn down?
If the material won't be damaged, you can try to heat it with electric hair drier.
Q:What to do if the sandblasted protective film on marble stele is not adhesive any more?
The reasons may be: 1. If there is oil or water on the surface of the processed stele, the film can't be sticked firmly. 2. Maybe the adhesion of the protective film is not enough. I suggest you try a new film that is more adhesive. We have recieved many similar complaints from our customers. Generally, we will provide them with a variety of protective films for testing.
Q:How to remove the protective film on elevator?
Try to heat the film with electric hair drier!
Q:Why does the protective film on stainless steel wrinkle?
The film expand when heated and contract when cooled. Thus it wrinkles.
Q:What to do when the protective film on plastic steel window is useless and difficult to remove?
You can buy a bottle of xylene solvent from building materials stores to clean it out. Be careful that the solvent is volatile and toxic. Notice to ventilate when using it.
Q:How many degrees is the highest temperature that PE protective film can resist?
Don't believe whoever claims that their film can resist high temperature of hundreds of degrees. If the manufacturers is skillful enough, the film they produced can resist high temperature of about 100 degrees at most for 33-40 minutes. As for high temperature like that, it won't resist for long. After all, it's plastic. It will melt in the end. Temperature of 50-60 degrees is the temperature that ordinary PE materials can resist.
Q:How to use tempered glass film? If I have coated the screen with tempered glass film, do I need to coat it with ordinary protective film?
Clean the screen at first. Peel the layer marked by label No. 1 and put the film on screen. Make sure the film is aligned at the screen. Then press the central part of the film. The film will stick to the screen itself. And then peel the label No. 2. If you have used tempered film, there is no need to use ordinary film.
