1. Are you free for samples?

2. What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 30pcs for stocked chair and 50pcs for customized order.
3. How long will it take to be ready for shipment of my order?
Generally, delivery time is around 15 days, but it also depends on your order quantity.
- Q: I have received a swivel chair, but it is too low to be used at my desk... I don't want to put a cushion on it because it is a massaging and heating one lol..
- It would help to see the chair. I dont believe that part controls the height of the chair. Typically it is a gas cylinder with either a leaver under the seat or piece of the seat. There are chairs that you spin to adjust height but considering your chair is massaging and heating, i would assume it is raised and lowered with the gas cylinder. If the gas cylinder is not working it may not be making a good connection. (when you pull the lever it pushes a button on the top of the gas cylinder which causes it to raise/lower) If you put the chair together yourself I would make sure that the gas cylinder is pushed all the way into the under chair bracket. Otherwise contact the manufacturer and they should send you the replacement part.

- Q: Everyone else's chair is causing problems because it sags and goes down over time. My chair gets taller over time, and it's driving me nuts. It seems kind of sporadic; normally it increases by about an inch a day but sometimes it just goes all the way up without warning, within just a few minutes of being out of the chair. My office chair sees about as much use as my bed, maybe even more, so I try to keep it at a good ergonomic height. Having to constantly readjust the height of my chair is annoying, to say the least.
