Description of Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump
CDL/CDLF is a kind of vertical nonself priming multistage centrifugal pump, which is driven by a standard electric motor. The motor output shaft directly connects with the pump shaft through a coupling. The pressure-resistant cylinder and flow passage components are fixed between pump head and in-and outlet section with tie-bar bolts. The inlet and outlet are located at the pump bottom at the same plane. This kind of pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector to effectively prevent it from dry-running, out-of-phase and overload.
Application of Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump
It can be used to convey various medium from tap water to industrial liquid at different temperature and with different flow rate and pressure.
CDL type is applicable to conveying non-corrosive liquid, While CDLF is suitable for slightly corrosive liquid.

- Q:on my 92' toyota celica, i got the heater core by pass fixed and also a new radiator because both were leaking, and now my mechanic tells me i also need a new water pump , which can be really expensive! apparently it is leaking water too, so i was thinkng just filling up my car with water before driving until i can afford to get it fixed.. can this shortcut be done to prevent my water pump causing me further problems?
- Ohhh I used to do that. My radiator hose had a hole in it and it would leak. I'd refill my anti freeze once a week. One day 10 minutes before I got out of work I started my car to warm it up. When I get out of work I come to see that anti freeze is all over the ground and my engines smoking big time. I refilled it and drove a quarter mile to the mechanic and it all spilled out on my way their too lol. My hose ruptured is what happened(hole got bigger). I say don't press your luck and go replace it.

- This project may be very poorly considered. Solar power is costly on a capital cost per watt basis. It just waits for the battery to regain charge, You will get more water delivered in drip mode than via sprinkler, and with less sunlight. Sprinklers will waste at least 30% of the water and 45% of the energy. If you use an inverter between battery and pump, you can use cheap ac pumping motors, but additionally you can use the power in your house. If your only application of power is pumping, and you are far from neighbours, you might want to consider using a wind turbine, as it will give more kwh per dollar. But in the village, and powering household uses, solar is a good alternative.
- Q:I just replaced my starter on my mustang and i when i took it out for a test drive i noticed the engine temperature rising. i drove for maybe 2 minutes max and when i parked the car it had a small amount of white smoke coming out of the engine so i let it cool down, and when it cooled down i checked the radiator, it had absolutely no anti-freeze, which is weird because i had just put a gallon of 50-50 anti-freeze maybe a week ago. - With no offense meant at all to answer 1... I grew up without indoor plumbing on a farm. ALSO while this is to be functional it reads as if it's to be a demonstration of the process of lifting water by means of the action of a pump. I suggest certainly that it not strictly be a means for practical use IE: drinking; etc. Obviously you'd need a receptacle that will hold enough water to allow the pump to perform. A 5 gallon paint bucket could suffice perhaps. A platorm to bolt the pump head to, and perhaps some method of keeping it all from spilling over when eager students engage with it. I have never checked with HD or Lowes, but certainly online you'd get an answer rather quickly. Farm/Feed stores most definitely would have functional hand crank/lever, water pumps. Also often sold in RED or GREEN,,,smile. I'll assume you have a custodian/maintenance person/husbands/boyfriends/fathers/mothe... who would be happy to get involved and you could be pumping in less than an hour. Do not over look the pressure cap.It can cause overheating symptoms boiling over the recovery tank.Plug rad will definitely cause that.The cooling fan -if electric can be faulty. Some has a module or relay activate by a temperature sensor.Some has a temp.sensor sending signal to the COMPUTER and the computer turns the e-fan on or off.If any of those components is faulty.you can have overheating problems.check it out

- the fan and fan clutch are bolted to the water pump pully. you have to hold the pully in place and break the torque off of the fan clutch nut. easiest way is to go down to an autozone or wherever and rent a fan clutch removal tool. it'll have a wrench for the nut, and also a large fork that goes over the bolts on the pully.
