Q:Why are sewing machines and vacuum cleaners always repaired at the same shop?

If you think about it they have similar type action in the way they operate - if you can repair one you could repair the other easily. There's a rotating action in both.

Vacuum cleaners, dehumidifiers to name two things I've had to replace this year. I can't find clothing or shoes made here. It seems like even much canned fruit is from another country.

I don't think you really need lights do you?? Just vacuum during the day perhaps? Works for me and I don't have a dirty house.

It makes it much easier to see in dark corners and darker areas, such as under beds and in closets. I have found quite a few things because the light from the headlight reflected off something that the room light didn't show up. Also, it makes pet hair show up easier, so you know when it's clean. I do vacuum during the day, but there's two dogs in my house, and some areas have more dirt/hair/lint/etc. than others.

I have a Dyson DC40 but am returning it because I do not like it. Q:Are Kirby vacuum cleaners worth it?

I couldn't live without my Kirby. It is definitely the best as far as i am concerned. Ive had my Kirby for 18 years. Still runs like a top, but, I recently updated to a newer model.
