Press fitting system joins pipe without welding or bolting. The components fit by crimping through the use of a special pressing tool. An O-ring that is inserted in the fitting ends of the pipe ensures a leak-proof connection. Press fitting system is the trend of pipeline industry. It is widely used in cold and hot water supply, heating supply, fire protection, medicinal gas, industrial petroleum pipeline system etc.

- It sounds like you are fabricating piping that will be handling water at reatively low pressure (less than 250 psi). It is not uncommon to use stubin connections for branch connections in such a system. I assume the NFPA has some standards for the construction of fire water systems.
- Q:When I put a DVD, CD or anything into the drive, it sounds like it spins for a moment and then stops. On the My Computer it wont even register that I put something in it. My MediaSmart also says there is no disc when in fact there is one. The button to open the drive works perfectly. What could have happened in the past few days to cause this?

- You don't wake up to it at all? Or do you wake up and turn it off without even realizing it? Either way, if you get a couple of alarms, and put one near you and one on the other side of the room, that might help. My TV can be set to turn on, and cell phones have alarms. So, I'd recommend using one of those if you can. I doubt you'd be able to sleep through two or three alarms.
- Q:I accidently did this the other day as it was dark and my headlights on my ped shine a few feet in front of the bike and i quickley looked behind to see if there was a car and didnt notice the speed bump. I think i was going about 20-30 mph. I snapped the stand off but i think that everything else is ok as i rode the bike a couple of miles after i hit the bump. Could there be any more damage, the suspension seems ok. I have a gilera runner 70cc. As i only have hit a speed bump once would everything be ok?Thanks for the help
