Q:I am trying to stop a leak in ABS I know I can't use Stop Leak for radiators. I Would think that suchsimilure product existed for ABS plastic. They are new pipes, I a have a few minor leaks, I thought I could cure them from the inside out.: Never seen threaded copper pipe, too expensive too make with wall thickness to accommodate thread. You would have to use heavy gauge steel pipe, but as it comes in lengths of about 3 mtrs you would probably need to cut it and if you don't have tools to thread ends, you could buy lengths, about 1 metre of threaded steel pipe and fittings from an electrical or plumbing wholesaler.

Q:I was fired for hitting a co-work, we went to court and i won the case. Had a arbitrator hearing a year later with a lawyer given to me four day before hearing who know nothing about the case and the arbitration rule for the company. Q:I want to move my receptacle pipe for the toilet bowl. There is a lead pipe with an elbow and then it enters into a cast iron pipe with a hub.i want to keep the cast iron hub but would like to put a 45 degree elbow and use the existing lead pipe to keep it 13 inches from the wall. How do i separate the current joint by either heating or wiggling the joint out? This pipe will lay under a concrete floor. any help would be appreciated.: There are numerous types of couplings, tees, elbows, caps, reducers in many types of materials, pressure ratings, types of connections (threaded, welded, soldered, glued) and sizes. There are other special fittings like flanges, weld-0-lets, saddles, etc.

Q:Garage door lock stuck in locked position?: This idea seems to have several flaws. First, nobody can be in the air tight room for more then the time it takes to use up the oxygen in the room. Second, the change in air pressure would be pretty small, so you'd either get lots of false trips or it wouldn't trip when you wanted it to. It would be better to use a sensor that used heat rise. Third, what would a person do if they were in the room when a fire broke out? They would die from the lack of oxygen (faster then in the first case). And finally, since this room is of limited space, it will burn off the oxygen in the room during the fire and snuff itself out even if you don't evacuate the remaining air in the room. And if you haven't done anything but take the oxygen out of the room, the fire would likely restart when you vent air back into the room.

The question you are asking could have many answers. For example there is a lock nut that has a molly type locking thread. There is a liquid type nut lock. Its called loctite. Actually this is called thread locks. There is another type of nut lock. It is used for locking lug nuts on to rims. More of an anti theft lug nut. Then there is a nut lock that is actually a lock washer for locking the nut on to a threaded bolt. So the answer could be so many things. We need more information to answer the question.

I have been playing for 8 years, I'm a freshman in high school, I'm 14. I play varsity JV. We have practice everyday for 2+ hours wheather its raining, cold, hot, sleeting, etc., and sometimes on the weekend. I don't have much free time, so if your gonna play for your school or city large then get ready for nonstop pratice. Most people say soccer is that you just run up and down the field and it takes a long time to score. well its not, its more to it when your a player. Its a very contact sport so you may get winded or knocked out but youve gotta get back up to the ball. you need to know how to dribble, run endurance, run for speed, head the ball, chest the ball, kicking when your pressured, defending, shooting, juggling, corner kicks, pks, throw ins. etc etc. You need to know the rules and all the postions. It takes a lot of skills, if you feel like its too much, ask one of the girls to do some one on one with you on the weekend then try out next year. If you put your heart into something, anything is possible.

Q:Is the safety gear like insulating gloves and sleeves for high voltage hot direct current work the same as for high voltage hot ac electrical work or different?: I'm not a huge fan of sharkbite fittings especially in an enclosed place where they could leak without anyone noticing for a while. However, I can't see anything wrong with the setup you have. Yes of course brass is more expensive than plastic and better. Seems like maybe your handyman wants you to think he is smarter than he really is. I would suggest adding a wood block between the studs behind the valve and attaching the valve to it with plumbers strap. that way it cant wiggle around with use and cause leaks later.
