- As long a the love seats are esthetically correct I think it would be fine. I've got a Rattan sectional that took care of the same problem. It came with 7 pieces, 1 corner (6'), 2 ends (one 4' section and 1 5' section), 2 armless sections (3' ea.) and a hassock with casters. which I topped with a piece of 3/8 safety glass and use for a coffee table. It has many, many arrangements to fit almost any type of space. I hope this helps. (it also sits considerably more that six people and can be shoved together like a giant playpen for ??!! :O] )

A thorough scrubbing with a detergent and bleach would be the solution, if the fabric is able to be bleached without ruining it. I fail to see the reason your boyfriend can't be around the sofa, unless he is allergic to stains??

- You can incorporate hunter green, cranberry, gold tones with brown and beige. I have a brown sectional couch that has speckle colors in it, but faint, and a beige carpet with a hint of browns in it. I have hunter green curtains which contain gold tones. I get many compliments on it. :-)
