QTZ125 tower crane is hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by Shandong Fuyou Co., Ltd. by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool and has excellent performance.

The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the effective amplitude of 50m and the maximum lifting moment of 438kN•m. The tower crane has the lifting height of 29m and the adhesion lifting height of 120m (2 magnification) during independent use.

All the speed indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane has the total installed capacity of 24.9kW, features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many medium-small construction enterprises

The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.

Q: How about the installation and disassembly of the tower cranes?: Authorized by the national security inspection department, the local special operations training school or the technical quality supervision bureau, after the study, assessment, qualification and graduation permit, will give you special operations installation, removal operation certificate.

Q: A lot of condos and hotels are being build in hawaii, and each time i drive pass them i wonder how they are assembled.Since each individual piece looks heavy/sturdy and is 45 stories+ high, how do construction workers put them together. Do they assemble it by hand? Or are smaller cranes needed to do the job? Hot rails mounted to the beams by insulating bells. The hot rails can be anywhere in size from trolley wires to rails the size of railroad track rails. AC cranes are usually 3 phase so they will have 3 hot rails. DC cranes will usually have just 2 hot rails. Main disconnect/lock out feeds hot rails. It is usually fused but can also be just a disconnect switch. The same arrangement also is used on the crane's trolley. But in the case of the trolley one set of hot rails feeds the trolley motor. One set of hot rails feeds the main hook {big hook} motor: One set of hot rails feeds the auxiliary hook motor {little hook} motor. If the crane is also used as a Mag crane {Electro magnetic can be used} it will also have a set of hot rails going to the trolley for the magnetic
