1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

6. What's the characteristics about porcelain tiles and glazed tiles? Which one
more slippery, more aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean?
Glazed tiles are colorful, the effect is rather diverse, stain-slip, abrasion resistance but worse than the porcelain tiles. Long-term use may wear a large surface; porcelain tiles have the higher degree, long hard wear surface. Good performance and stable cleanup (before playing the best times to use the wax to improve stain resistance). The porcelain tiles are weaker performance in non-slip than glazed tiles. We should take attention on its anti-slip properties, face down in a tiled brick water testing.
7. How to choose bathroom tiles? Porcelain tiles or glazed tiles?
Currently used in the bathroom tiles with glazed tiles (mainly from price considerations, some high-end can choose tiles, notice to choose tiles), divided into Shinny and Matt two kinds. Light color makes people feel shinny, but the bathroom more appropriate to create a warm feeling, so the best choose is uses matte, the shinny feels more soft and not dazzling.

- Why soak them? All normal tiles have a glazing on them and the glaze finish can be different to test the different stuff you want to test on them. You have bright glaze , matte glaze satin glaze. Some stone tiles with no glaze on them at all that might stain . Some stones you can seal w/a sealer to see how that works. Go to your local mom and pop type flooring store and tell them this is a school project and ask if they have any spare tile to give you. We helped many school projects over the years . - Q: Please help me decide the right color to use. We are renovating our bathroom and I always wanted a navy blue or maroon toilet bowl. Today, I see a perfect navy blue/dark blue toilet bowl but I do not know what is the best color of tiles or walls should I use. - well itll b good to use torquisey/ bluey colour tiles with some white in it. basically try not to make ur bathroom dark, erm go for light colours looks better n gives the bathroom a bright look.;) sorry i cnt say much but i woud make my bathroom like that
- Q: I poured bleach on the tiles in my bathroom and there was an emergency and had to leave home. When I got back the tiles were stained a yellowish color and it used to be smooth but now it‘s all rough like sandpaper. HELP!
- I don't know what type of tiles you have, but if it doesn't have a glazed finish, you may not be able to do much about it. Travertine is a popular natural limestone that is very popular these days and is frequently used in bathrooms. The only drawback is that it is a soft and porous material, so it is much easier to damage that a glazed tile or a natural polished marble. The good news is that it is relatively inexpensive and easy to replace. Call a good tile man and get a quote to refinish and a quote to replace the damaged pieces.
- Q: Want to put ceramic tile floor down in bathroom. It has a lanolium floor now. What is the best way to prep, in order to have a good tile job.
- Everything is possible. But depending on the type of tile I would not recommend painting it, especially if it has a glazed finish to it. The only thing that might work would be an epoxy coating they use on garage floors. I know if it was my house I wouldn't want to rip it out and re due the tile, but at the same time I do not think you would be happy with the paint after a few months and it is flaking off or wearing thin in the traffic areas, (that is assuming it will stay on that long). - Q: Ok the room is 12X16 thats 192 square foot right? well each box of tile is 30 square foot how many boxes would i need
- I would figure about 15% waste/breakage/discoloration. So my math would go 12*16=192+15%=220sqft/30=7.33boxes It really depends on the layout of the room and if your going to have a lot of cuts, to either center your layout on a door etc. Buy eight boxes, so you don't get almost done and come up short and have to run back to the store and get more. If you have an un-broken box you should be able to return it.
- Q: I have old, crumbly tile as a subfloor in my apartment. I recently put in vinyl flooring when I took my carpeting out. It now looks as if this tile (wood-like vinyl planks) are taking the shape of the subfloor, which was not perfectly even. I don‘t like that I see shadows of peaks and valleys in the new flooring in certain light. It also doesn‘t feel even when I walk on it barefoot, but I‘m extremely particular.1. - Go visit a lawyer for an opinion. It sounds like the realtor knew about the problem with the drain and failed to disclose it. Did a licensed home inspector provide a report on the house for the bank? If so, who hired that person? The lawyer may determine you have a good case of fraud and negligence against them so could get them to pay for the repairs plus his fees. Sometimes just a letter from a good lawyer will bring them to Jesus.

- The shelf could only appear to have been made from tile. The tiles are mounted on a subframe, covered with cementitious board and adhered with mortar, typically. With new construction (or major remodel), this is pretty straightforward; you'd just plan it in to the framing and finishing. With an existing shower, I'd have to say No, to this thought, because there'd be nothing to mount the tiles properly to. If you do get that far, you can get tiles with a specially shaped edge, called a bullnose that won't show the underside of the tile's body (an unglazed edge) for the edges of a surface, like a shelf. Grout can also be used to hide those 90 degree angles, if the bullnose tiles are not made to match the tile you are working with. Hope that helps/

- I'm a construction manager who has built a lot of schools. There are several reasons. First is that there are all kinds of wiring and piping and ductwork systems up in the ceilings above your head. In order to hide them, dropped ceiling frames are installed with removable tiles so that the maintenance people can get up there to service the systems. Second, the tiles are acoustic absorbing material to reduce echoing and keep the room more quiet. Third is for temperature regulation, insulating the space and reducing the height of the room to make it easier to cool it or warm it. And of course, there is the extra bonus that you can get a pencil or a spoonful of canned peas to stick to it so it falls on somebody later on (I may be an adult, but I remember being a schoolkid).
