—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- You certainly do need to rough it up, you may also need to seal or prime it - I have seen new tiling 'creeping' over old, when the glue hasn't really been suitable. The best thing is to get recommendations from the tile manufacturer for the right adhesive for this situation (probably a solvent based one).

- I m assuming you mean ceramic tiles. Texture or not even tiles can be slippery. What you need to check on tiles is the COF rating or slip resistance. There are tiles that are smooth and can have a rating of 5 ( highest and very few have this rating) which is a commercial rated tile, good for malls and where the public walks on them a lot. 3/4 is the most common for residential and you can find these are very common. Most all tiles 8 or larger is at least a 3 rating. Not all but most all. Take into account all hard surfaces are slippery when wet or you have wet feet and there may also be a sealer or coating on vinyl at work ( especially if theres an out side janitorial service cleaning them) that is making the surface slick too. - Q:What are the pros and cons for using porcelain tiles or ceramic tiles?
- They are both basically the same, my husband remodels and he has used both on many locations. It is all about your taste and finding something you like and can live with for a long time. As long as you seal it (as often as recomended) any tile will last a long time unless chipped or cracked. You'll probably get tired of it before you actually need to change it. They say porcelain is better for damp areas but we have used both in bathrooms with no problems so far. It's the grout that must be sealed and it's not that costly Lowe's and Home Depot can tell you the best sealant to use and you could do it yourself at a considerable cheaper price.

- Thinset mortar. They sell it at any hardware store. Buy the powdered form and mix it yourself. The premixed tends to cause problems because it contains an additive to keep it from drying out in the container. This can cause slippage of your tiles and be very frustrating.

- Actual tile will cost less ( than that of a good laminate) but the tile labor is double ( +-) that of laminate installation.Plus the prep materials needed for ceramic is triple ( or more ) than just the plain under layment of laminate. - Q:How to remove paint from wall tile in our 1929 home? Floor tile is original and in excellent shape. Help?!?
- Its probably real enamel and if so,will be bonded very tight.Paint remover,steel wool,and a scraper might be your only help,but depends on the tile as to if this will scratch it.They make rotary paint removers that attach to a drill and little wires slap the paint off.I think they make a plastic version of these for easily damaged surfaces.There are hot air paint remover guns that might help also.Might be easier to repaint the tile to a blank color that matches your current color scheme,then try your hand at hand painting flowers on some of them as an accent.Be creative.Hope this helps..

- Make sure the floor is clean and all the old glue from previous installations has been removed. Pop a chalk mark from opposing walls so they cross in the center of the room. Start at the center and work towards the walls so that everything looks even all the way around when you're finished. If the tiles have lines or a pattern running in one direction then turn every other tile 90 degrees or it will look wavery. To help the tiles stick, stack them up and let an electric heater blow on them for 30 minutes prior to starting installation. Warm tiles are a lot easier to lay and get butted up without cracks between them.
