—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q: I have hot water radiant heat in a concrete slab that leaks occasionally so I can‘t put carpet on it. Do I dare put ceramic tile over it? Maybe the tile would keep the moisture down.
- Ceramic tile is installed on concrete slabs all the time and it is a good fit. I would agree with fixing the leak first; however, more than this, if it is an older system and the pipes are copper or steel (rather than pex tubing) then the system is not going to last and the occasional leaks are a sign of a system failure. You will have to decide if you want to replace the system with a new radiant floor above the existing slab or you wish to proceed with some alternative heating/distributing system. This you might want to decide before you consider a ceramic floor.

They are proving to be a massive pain in the butt to remove so I was wondering if we even really need to. They are very thin and very stuck. - Even the thinnest vinyl tiles will allow some flexing will cause the tiles to pop off. You might be able to lay some cement backing board on the vinyl, you're going to have to put it down anyway.

We filled it up to the inner edge, but now the grout and the tile edges are starting to collect dirt very easily and it is very hard to clean. We are thinking of regrouting all the way to the top so that it will be easier to clean. Is that the correct way to grout these tiles?
- Most all tiles ( there are exceptions) are always grouted flush to avoid a couple of things. One is the problem your having now and the other is to protect the edging of the tile.depending on just how much more you have to fill in, you make have to dig some grout out to get a proper bond.. - If okorder /... If you haven't done tile before, then you may want to hire someone. Even through Schluter's Kerdi system makes the shower a lot easier, I wouldn't recommend that you take on this project without a bit experience with tile. A shower even with this simple system is one of the hardest tile projects there is. But if you have tiled backsplashes or tub surrounds then get the CD-ROM or video, and study it, and go for it. My suggestion is make sure you run the tile plumb and level, get that Kerdi-Mat flat and well bonded, you are going to have to float the curb (the mat when lapped itself, builds up a ridge, you'll see) so use a straight edge. Use a mosaic two inch for the floor. Caulk the inside corners. A simpler thing would be to get a fiberglass pan, and just tile the walls. You still need to waterproof the walls with Kerdi-Mat or a combination of concrete board over tar-paper. An excellent book is Setting Tile by Micheal Bryne. It will show more details than a describe here. Good Luck

- It is possible to install a rug over asbestos tile. Legally, if you wanted to remove the tile, you'd have to hire a licensed asbestos abatement contractor to do the work and dispose of the tiles. They can't just be thrown in any landfill. It could get costly depending on your budget. The advantage is that once you remove the asbestos, its good for good and its easier to sell the house later on in life. However, Home Depot and a few other contractors prefer to lay carpet down on bare floors. The concern is years later, they can't guarantee their work because the tiles under the rug could come loose, etc.
