What is your minimum order quantity?
In general, we don't have MOQ, but in boom season, we hope you order one container.
What’s your payment term?
We generally accept telegraphic transfer, 30% down payment and the balance before delivery.

Usually one year after shipment against manufacturing defect, but our furniture can be used for more than 10 years when properly maintained.
What are the materials?
Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on strong powder-coated metal or aluminum structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.
1)PE Rattan/PVC Rattan/Poly Rattan/Synthetic Rattan: durable and UV and weather resistant
-- Round Rattan is usually more durable than flat rattan and more expensive.
-- Plenty of rattan colors are available for selection and the well-received colors are listed as follows: Changing Brown, Charcoal, Dark Brown, Cream, Beige, Grey, White, etc.

- Hi Laura, Either way you go you will need to straighten out the sofa cover each time someone sits or plays on it. You can try to use upholstery tacks nailed in underneath the sofa to help. But honestly, it can be an endless chore! However, given the cost of sofas I would definitely cover it and protect your investment. If this is any easier a thought for you, you could just take a flat sheet and throw it on the sofa during the day when your child is up, then remove it after he has gone to bed. Child hood does have its ages and stages :o)
- Q:what would you recommend for a large sofa -- about 98-100 long and about 38 deep? standard covers are too small. are there any companies that cater to bigger sofas?oh and i do not want want to make my own. i do not have the skills or time. thanks...
- Hi, If your sofa covers are removable and you want to change the colour or give thenm a refresh you could try dyeing them. Theres a link to an article below if you want to try it yourself or just Google sofa cover dyers and get some advice from a company that specialises in this.

- I would try a dynamic pattern. Maybe going with a diagonal striped blue/gold sequence. Maybe 18 inch stripes or narrower blue stripes to go with the curtains. Concentrate on matching the curtians to the wall colors. The Espresso is a good choice for most colors. If you want it lighter ... go with more gold color and thinner blue stripes. It's easy using painters tape. If you plan to sell go with a more neutral color that isn't so dramatic.

- What texture is the sofa? I've found that over the years my cats don't scratch a leather sofa but they do cloth ones, especially textured ones. Like the others have suggested, a spray of water can deter innaproppriate behaviour. Make sure you provide a scratch pole too. OMG isn't cat declawing illegal. It is here in Australia. Don't do that. It's really cruel and painful :(

- Q:A friend has offered me a sofa - can't take it with her on a move. It is only a year old and very nice. BUT, she has 6 dogs. And all the problems that come with that. - Firstly, I would thoroughly vacuum the sofa under the cushions, underneath, on all the fabric areas, checking for obvious stains, etc - if there are any, I would sponge clean those and let the sofa air out for a few hours. The vacuuming and airing should deal with any flea eggs, etc if you are thorough enough. If you notice any urine odor, there are products to treat that, in the pet aisle or specialist pet store. Next, I would get a dishrag, using soapy water and wring it out well, wipe over all leather parts and dry, to remove dirt, then use leather cleaner to condition and protect the sofa. I clean my leather sofas with leather cleaner that is from the automotive dept. It is liquid that you apply with a cloth and then buff off with a dry duster. The sofa should be as good as new and last for years.
