- Q:I bought a hanging chair at the market, but I'm not sure how to attach it to the ceiling without it falling down when somebody sits on it. Help please!
- Before you attempt to hang this chair, you need to do the following: 1) Use a stud finder to find the floor joist 2) Once you find it, find the center of the joist 3) Take a drill and a small 1/16th drill bit and drill a pilot hole into the joist. If you see wood in the shavings, you are good. Otherwise you have not hit the joist. 4) Take a lag bolt type hood and screw it into the joist. At least 3 should be in the wood. The deeper you go, the better. 5) Hang your chair. Good luck

- How easy it is to use. Can you fold it up easily and store it? Does it fit under or over your dinner table? It's good to have one that can tilt backwards for the early feeding months. Make sure you can easily clean the material. Wheels are nice, but not necessary and removal-able tray inserts are nice and easy to clean. Do not spend tons of money on a high chair. Look on craigslist or OKorder.
- Q:(I know this is a stupid question.)I've got these folding chairs. There are 2 rods that meet to form the back of the chair. When unfolded, these 2 rods rest on these 2 plastic parts that are screwed by hand into 2 hollow tubes. The hollow tubes are the top of the chair's back legs.Through regular use, a person leans back in the chair. This action gently sands down the screw-like section of the plastic parts as it rubs against the hollow tube. Eventually, the screw-section is gone, the plastic part stops working and the chair is no longer safe for use.Where can I buy these plastic parts? Do these things have names?

- Use furniture polish, the kind in the aerosol can. Spray it on and use a soft rag or a paper towel and wipe the polish off. If the chairs have areas where a paper towel can't reach, like if they are carved, use a paint brush that was sprayed lightly with the polish and clean those areas with that.

- You will definitely have to call around to different rental companies. It also depends on what type of chairs you are looking for. (Plastic folding, metal folding, folding wood with padding.) In my area, I just rented 16 tables for 9.50 each. They are the 60 round tables. I have been quoted .75/each for plastic folding chairs and 2.65/each for the white wood folding chairs with padding. (The 2.65 was the total for each chair after tax and a damage wavier) From all of the research I have done on this subject, this seems to be an average rate no matter where you live. Again, you should look in the yellow pages for party rental companies and make a few phone calls. Smart shopping will save you a TON of money! Good Luck and Congrats to you!

- All you would need is a recliner chair, possibly made of leather - any material or furry chairs would only be irritating and distract you from gaming. It doesn't need to be too fancy, it doesn't need speakers or anything. All it would need is to be able to recline and possibly a drink holder or something so it's always nearby. There is always a little table next to the chair if you can't find a drink holder. Try a local furniture store that sells second hand furniture so you are not spending a fortune. My friend found a leather recliner for 50 bucks at one of those places - since all of the money went to charity.

- I don't think you really need a high chair until she is starting solids which is not for at least another couple of months. However, there are booster type high chairs that strap to a chair and have a tray and everything just like a high chair. They're less expensive, take up less space, and are very portable. Some brands are designed for newborns and recline for that reason. I found mine at toys r us. The brand is Graco, I believe.
