- It doesn't matter which you use. All of them will appear the same. Loose powder is exactly that, loose powder. The powder doesn't stick together. Compact and pressed powder are the same thing, it just means that all the powder has been pressed together so it stays in the container.
- Q: I want to start dumbbell chest press to expand my chest and muscles. I'm a begginer and doing this first time. I'm 32 year male with 140lb weight. Can anybody help me to find out what size (meant weight in lb) I have to start with? And as a begginer how many repetations per day I have to start with?
- just lift dumbells ur comfortable with ,,but it must be a bit challenging though...not like u can just fly them...best way to do is do a warm up first with 16 reps or more with a lighter weight ,,then do three sets (with a slightly heavier one) ,,i mean proper form,weight though doesnt matter when ur starting,,three sets of 12 or more reps i mean take each set to failure ,,as the last reps of the set are the most effective,,combine dumbell press with dumbell flies and bench press,,alternate between these chest execises,,twice a week,,and never two days continously...now doing these exercises increase ur range,,ur speed and then increase weights...over weeks...hmmm diet still is the most important part though no matter how much u work out...atb
- Q: I really really want to increase my bench press. During school last year I did 135 lbs. I wanted to do better this year and do better next so I went to the gym and started lifting weights. I barely did bench press because I did not have a spotter. So instead I used dumbbells like depending on the day and workouts I do it rangers from 25-35 lbs. And I also chest press 110 lbs 10x and I do 3 sets. Today. I did 200 reps in curling ( did pyramids 2x starting at 50 lbs ) and incomplete it 2 with 5 reps per weight So when I tried to bench I couldn't bench at all. Is it cuz of this?? I did a bunch of triceps and chest exercises before this.

- Q: So i just got a French press and are a little unsure of how to use it properly. The directions and other websites have said to only use coarsely ground coffee in the press ( the directions said it would clog the filter and other how-to sites said it would go through the filter). My question is then this: is pre ground coffee (ex. fresh market Christmas blend) from the store not a good idea to put in the French press? I do not have a coffee grinder and am not planning on buying one.
- Unfortunately you cannot use ground coffee from the supermarket, or even coffee you grind in a regular coffee grinder for a French Press because the grind will be too fine. As you noted, the directions for the press tell you to use coarse-ground beans and the only way to really get a uniform grind is to use a Burr Grinder ... and they aren't cheap. The good news is that you can use your French Press for tea (using tea bags or whole loose leaves).

- dumbbell if you buy the changing weight ones with a bunch of weight. their is an endless number of excursizes that you can do with dumbbells. with the bench press all you can do it the bench press, power cleans, front squats, deal lifts, military press, snatch, curls, tricep extensions. that sounds like a lot of different things but if you keep doing those same things then your body will get use to it and they wont be that effective. dumbbells excersizes curls, tricept extensions, french press, dumbbells press, chest flys, rows, seated curls, preacher curls, contraction curls, shoulder press, arnold press, front and side raises, shoulder flys, DB squats, DB dead lifts, step ups, push up rows, hammer curls, twist curls, DB swings DB snatch, DB power clean, DB over head squats, squat and press, and soooo many more there is an endless possibility with dumbbells if you have enough weight. i say go with the dumbbells.

- yes I have it. It took a little practice to get the cookies to come out right and there's a lot of parts that needed to be cleaned when you're done baking. But it's fun and my nieces and nephews enjoy decorating the cute little cookies

- press fit means the outer case of the diode is not wired, it makes its electrical contact by physical contact with the frame of the device it is mounted in. thus only one wired connection is required. make sure you have a diode of the correct case polarity when doing this.
