- If there's bleeding, then you must have bit it or she scratched it too hard. If so, just make sure she keeps that area clean as it is sensitive. Put some Neosporin on it and don't touch it for a while. Good luck and best wishes!
- Q: If i apply pressed powder under my eyes will it cover up under eye circles. If so how? Any tips on loosing them...like i heard drink water and sleep but wat else THANKS in advance :)
- Okay, first you should know that you should always have a base/foundation on before pressed powder! After you have that on, put some concealor on your dark spots, blemishes, and under your eyes. Then apply a thin coat of pressed powder over your skin, and your neck! Don't cake it on! I gaurantee you'll have a nice natural finish, and you'll be glowing :)! Second, to reduce puffiness or darkness around and under the eye; try putting warm tea bags on your eyes for 5 mins 2-3 times a week or more if neccessary, it really helps! Also slices of cucumber on your eyes while doing a face mask helps just the same :)!

- It just means press them down with your fingers (as opposed to pressing them with an iron). If it doesn't work when the crochet is dry, you might have to wet it first, and block it with your fingers. That means to lay it out and pin it to the pattern measurements, and press down all shapes to lie flat.

- Doing push ups works more of the upper back muscles (trapezes or traps) along with the chest, triceps and shoulder muscles including the rear deltoids. Doing push ups you have to balance your weight which also works the ligaments and tendons of the muscles. A free weight bench press is the same as a push up because you have to balance the weight. The free weight bench works everything the push up works except the traps and rear deltoids. FYI: Whenever you can, do free weights. They work your ligaments and tendons along with the muscles because you have to balance the weights while you are pushing or pulling them. In my opinion the push up is better than a bench press because it does work more muscles. This does depend on how big you want to get. Your body weight can only build so much muscle. For me my body weight is enough and therefore the push up is better for me. Someone else may have different goals and of course the push up will not be good enough for them. However, there are creative ways to add weight to the push up to make them more difficult for more challenging goals.

- Bench Press and Incline BP work the chest (pecs). I assume you are talking about bicep curls,and obviously they work the biceps. Frequency should be no more than twice a week. Research has show there is minimal benefit (even a -ve benefit) to working muscles any more often than that.
