- Q:I wanna know from the people who know about lifting what reverse grip targets more off. People have told me triceps but I know that is if you have a close grip of about 12 inches. But what about wide grip reverse bench press. Does it target more triceps or chest? Also what are the pros and cons between the two grips? Thank u so much for ur time.

- Q:I tighten the belt as much as I can (sorta hard to adjust) but it still jams. It's an inexpensive mastercraft 10 model. The belt looks fine to me but I don't know what to look for. It jams a lot, almost unusable with a 7/8 forstner bit. Really annoying. I would definately get a new belt if I thought that was it. I think it didn't jam as much when it was new. The other day the belt just came off while running for no apparent reason (it was plenty tight). Thanks for any help anyone can suggest. Could it be alignment?
- I've been a carpenter for 47 years, I have a wood-working shop in my basement with all the tools for anything you want to make. I think the 10 Mastercraft is a little light for the 7/8 forstner bit, your killing it slowly. Even if you use a belt dressing, then you'd be killing the motor. What you need is a bigger motor. I have the same set-up and I get into the same situations. When I get into these problems I don't even try, I go into my killer the 1/2 inch Dewalt. I only wish I would have bought a one size larger drill press. That's all I can think of, maybe there is another answer. I did try a belt dressing, it only killed the motor, damned near killed it permanently.

- Boil water. Now I use 1 1/2 scoops per 8oz cup because I think coffee should taste like coffee. I use a 16oz cup. So I put 3 scoops of coffee into the Press. When the water boils, I fill the Press to about 1 1/2 inches from top. I set a timer for 4 minutes and stir coffee once. When timer goes off press down and pour. Use a coarse ground coffee so as not to clog the Press filter.

- Well I am a Dem and I voted for Obama but I do understand that the press is not neutral and clearly reported things slanted toward Obama. That the press is not worth much is a major problem in the US as we no longer have a good source of truth (its been that way for a long time, not just now) and that means that Obama will probably get a pass. I think the first time we have seen that is in the Blago scandal. Obama announced absolutely no contact with Blago, then after some more information was leaked from the investigation, he admitted that some staff members may have, and then the admission came that Obama's Chief of Staff had contacted Blago to talk about a successor and even named a person that Obama wanted in there. Thats quite a slide from no contact at all. Clearly, the press is not going to take on anything serious, at least until something goes seriously wrong and people are dying or we have been attacked. What if Bush had done that with Blago? Can we imagine how that would have been covered. It really does us no good to have the press so blatant in failing to report the truth. We need to evaluate how Obama is doing and to stop rumors that may not be true. For sure, he is dirty in the Blago thing and thats a shame and like Nixon he could have just admitted it up front and it would not seem so bad. But he denied and used the word absolutely. I am concerned about that and that it is not being investigated by the press...and we know that whoever is in the White Office controls the FBI so I doubt the federal investigation.
