Most likely they're the old Ford pattern which is 5 x 4 1/2. That isn't cast in stone however. They could be 5 x 4 3/4 or 5 X 5. Here's how to measure a 5 bolt standard lug or wheel pattern. Lay the wheel and tire street side down. lay the end of an accurate tape measure dead center in any single hole. *Stretch the tape measure across one hole (skip it) and measure to the furthest edge of the second hole! That dimension is your lug wheel spacing. You absolutely must know this dimension before wasting money on the wrong wheels. You can do the same thing by measuring *bare lugs out of the wheel hub.

You can defeat this of course by getting a rounded file and working hole out a little bigger! ---- Or___ You can clean up hub by dressing rust (only) off,- polishng up with sandpaper, doing same with wheel center hole (from back to prevent scratcing paint on front)-then smear grease on inner part of wheel hub at points of contact then putting on wheel -- and cleaning up exposed part so it doesn't look messy, -- next time wheel is likely to come off much easier! Rust happens on exposed steel and iron,- grease helps prevent it! Sometimes, loosening up front lugnuts (about 1/4) and moving steering wheel back and forth will knock them off flanges because of side pressuere that happens when turning steering wheel from lock to lock!
