Q:connect wires to boat trailer frame?
If your frame is hollow, use a fish to bring the wires through the frame. Some things you want to watch out for is corrosion of the trailer, and the wires flapping in the wind, or the wires snagging on something when trailering. That being said if you have to mount the wires externally use enough enough clips to keep the wires snug to the trailer. Be sure to seal the holes you drilled for the clips with silicone or rust preventive paint. If you can go through the frame internally, you need only secure the wires with clips at entry and exit points.
Q:Magnetic field in parallel wires?
You can use the Biot-Savart Law, but it is confusing and kind of a waste of your time and space. For straight wires, someone ALREADY worked out the Biot-Savart Law. See the following link for the result: hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/Hba... The formula of interest for us is B = mu0*I/(2*Pi*r) where mu0 is magnetic permeability of free space, I is current, and r is distance from the wire carrying the current. B is the magnetic field due to that PARTICULAR wire. To deal with three wires, use a superposition principle and stack magnetic fields on top of each other. Do be aware of direction: remember the right hand rule. RH rule for magnetic fields in vicinity of wires: point thumb in direction of current, curl fingers to show the magnetic field circulation direction. Use this sign convention: + B is up along page, -B is down along page For Wire A: point of interest is r = d_ab/2 or 0.003 m to the right of wire A Point thumb in to the paper and the finger curl indicates that B_A is downward B_A = -mu0*I_A/(pi*d_ab) For Wire B: point of interest is r = d_ab/2 or 0.003 m to the left of wire B Point thumb out of the paper and the finger curl indicates that B_B is downward B_B = -mu0*I_B/(pi*d_ab) For wire C: point of interest is r = d_ab/2 + d_bc or 0.006 m to the left of wire C Point thumb out of the paper and the finger curl indicates that B_C is downward B_C = -mu0*I_C/(2*pi*(d_ab/2 + d_bc)) Add up: Bnet = B_A + B_B + B_C Bnet = -mu0*I_A/(pi*d_ab) - mu0*I_B/(pi*d_ab) - mu0*I_C/(2*pi*(d_ab/2 + d_bc)) Simplify: Bnet = -mu0/pi*(I_A/d_ab + I_B/d_ab + I_C/(d_ab + 2*d_bc)) data: mu0:=4*Pi*10^(-7) Tesla-m/A; I_A:=4 A; I_B:=4 A; I_C:=4 A; d_ab:=0.006 m;d_bc:=0.003 m; Result: Bnet = -6.667 milliTeslas negative sign indicates downward direction.
Q:will my amp wiring kit affect the performacne?
if your wire is truly 4 gauge you will have no problems.the problem is some of the 'no name' wire companies over rate their wire.they will sell 6 or 8 gauge wire as 4 gauge. go to a car stereo shop and ask to see a piece of 4 gauge wire. if it way bigger than what you have you may want to upgrade.
Q:need wiring schematics for boat guages?
Hi mate, generally for your guages you will need a + and a - for the lights in them to work and the guage (im guessing is electronic) will have one left for the sender wire to hook up to. at the other end the + is to be connected to your sender and a - to the nearest ground or metalic or run back to your - on your batt. most of them will work in the same way and volts is the easiest. sorry no schematics but generally if you wire it backwards it will work backwards. ive never hurt 1. hope this helps
Q:Physics, Resistance of a wire help?
If the wires are the same diameter and the same length then the only difference is the resistivity or  ρ  of each since:   Resistance = ρ • L ⁄ A = 4 • L ⁄ (π • d)²       where  L = wire length   and   A = cross-sectional area of wire   or use  d = wire diameter Since the ρ_nichrome is much higher than the ρ_aluminum and given the two wires are the same diameter and length then if you connect the two wires in series across a battery, and measure the voltage across each wire, the wire with the higher voltage will be the nichrome wire because the voltage across the nichrome wire is: Vɴ = i • (Rɴ) and the voltage across the aluminum wire is:  Va = i • (Ra)  and the current i is the same through both wires and Rɴ Ra ... or if you can just measure the resistance of each wire, ... the nichrome wire will have a higher value.
Q:radio wires for a 2002 f-150?
This Site Might Help You. RE: radio wires for a 2002 f-150? im throwing in a radio in my 2002 f-150 and i need the color codes for the truck radio wires
Q:guitar wiring help..PLZ!?
The bare wire is usually ground. Solder that to the ground wire that you should have wired to the bridge, and also to the sleeve connection on the output jack. The insulated wire carries the signal. Depending on the configuration you are running, whether it be a single pickup, two pickups, and global controls or dedicated controls, this can go in different places. Let's say, hypothetically, that you are using a single pickup. Then, the signal wire would go straight to the Volume pot. The tone pot would be an offshoot of the volume, which tapers the high end. There are multiple ways to wire a tone pot, should you install one, and the wiper of the volume pot goes to the tip connection of the output jack. For more information, look at some pickup wiring guides. Seymour Duncan has a lot of good ones, if you go on their site and search.
Q:Does regular speaker wire work under ground?

Q:1985 SS Monte Carlo engine wires?
I have an '84 Monte SS and wanted the same thing. Here's what I have: the 2 wires that come from the harness and go to the starter (1 Positive, 1 S terminal), oil gauge wire, temp gauge wire, the alternator wires, the wire going to the distributor cap, and the tach gauge wire going to the distributor cap. That's pretty much it, as well as your battery cables, and spark plug wires. You really don't need to do or add anything as long as it runs and everything works that needs to work, it'll be fine. I'm going by memory, so if I forgot something I apologize, but that's the best of my recollection right now. If you have anymore questions you can email me.
Q:What / Where are spark plugs and wires?
they are not called wires ,spark plug leads or ht leads , ht stand for high tension leads wich are mostly silcon based corbon fiber
