It has about 9 rows of different color rectangles ( beiges, golds,browns, and burgundies) with a beige border for under my dining room table. I once used a professional carpet cleaner, and they (incorrectly) scrubbed a stain very hard by hand and damaged my carpet. Another professional cleaner was unable to get cat-urine odor out of a carpet (I know, it's one of the hardest odors to remove). I bought some Unique Pet Odor and Stain Eliminator, which is the only product I have ever used that works on cat urine, and was able to remove the odor myself. I have 9 cats and a dog, which explains why I have to clean my carpet frequently.

On the plus side, it doesn't show spills too much. If you have cats, they might think that you bought it for their scratching needs. Invest in a good rug pad if you want to extend the life of your rug, or the rug is thin or stiff enough to slip.
