Q: I HAVE A 3G ZTE BOOST MOBILE PHONE AN I WANT ANOTHER ONE: Nope there is no trade. You would have to purchase another boost mobile phone if you want another phone. You can always sell your cell phone on craigslist website and use that money for another cell phone.

Q: I have a metro pcs phone but like virgin mobile service better: No, it cannot. Even if you completely flash and reprogram it to Virgin Mobile, Virgin Mobile will not allow you to activate it. I have tried using non-Virgin Mobile phones on Virgin Mobile, and they always tell me that they simply cannot activate an ESN that their system does not recognize as a Virgin Mobile phone. There are ways to change your ESN to that of a Virgin Mobile phone, but they are illegal. Don't do it. Just buy a Virgin Mobile phone, they're not very expensive. Maybe you can post on craigslist that you need a Virgin Mobile phone and someone will trade you phones. Sorry for the bad news!

Q: I am being pressured right now to unlock a t mobile phone. Basically my uncle is giving my mother who has att/cingular a t mobile phone to use. We need to unlock it first. I am a ludite. I just need help as I have no idea what I am doing: When you have any sort of phone, from any provider/carrier, you need to contact the company and let them know what kind of phone you are using. This then goes onto record, even though you didn't purchase the phone from the company (you got it from your uncle). There is usually a set fee (for rogers it's 20-25$) and the phone will be unlocked. Contact the service provider and they will help you unlock your phone.

Q: if a mobile phone is on a pay monthly contract, can the sim be taken out and a pay as you go sim put in. will the phone still work if the sim is still with the locked with vodophone or t-mobile ect?: hi,you can try your new sim card,sometimes a phone will be unlocked then it will work.if you want to use another sim and your phone is locked,you must get it unlocked,go to google and put unlock (your phone make and model) and alsorts of links will come up its up to you which way to do it.
