- Q:Im trying to get my press handstand any good drills? Also is there certain strength or flexibility I need?
- Hey :) So I answered a similar question recently, so, if you don't mind, I'm going to copy and paste with a little bit of editing. If I were you, I'd start with a press headstand to get the very basic motion down. It takes very little strength but will help you to understand the leg motion, at least. Do that once or twice. Press handstands take a lot more upper body strength and have different mechanics than a press headstand, so keep building up your arm and ab muscles by doing V-ups, push-ups, plank holds, etc. Basically what you want to do in the press handstand is lean your shoulders forward, slowly putting all your weight onto your hands as you lift your feet. It is similar to a cast handstand in that way - if you don't lean your shoulders, you won't have the balance you need to complete the move. When you're first learning your press handstand I would recommend using a wall to help you out a little (when you lean your shoulders forward, press your upper back against a wall for extra support. Your hands should be placed down about a foot away from the wall before you begin). Good luck :)
- Q:I know you you have to tuck in your shoulders for flies but do u hve to do it for press also...?
- Flies and presses work the same muscle group at a different angle. If you are lying down, you just need to make sure that you are straight, tummy pulled in, and the arm movements are strong and controlled. arms slightly bent throughout the whole movement (don't lock elbows).

- The press is always responsible for what it prints no matter the source. To here the press tell it they are the guardians of truth and liberty not the hounds of profit and gossip. I'm not a journalist but I would certainly weigh anything I would print against the harm it might do. Maybe journalist aren't as idealistic as they once where. If a journalist leaked a defense related story that was perceived to damage the US during WWII he/she would have been shot.
- Q:Can u lose weight with bench pressing cause your still burning calories and that? I know it's 4 building muscle and all that but u burn calories doin it?? So I dunno,, Plz answer
- Yes it can be really effective cause there is a load of different exercises you can do with the bench press. There are exercises to target every muscle group that you can do with the bench press so just do those with light weights and high many reps. But diet is very important if you wanna loose weight. So dont just do the normal chest exercise look up some other exercises to do also so you target all muscles correctly

- it means holding down the button on the controller while doing something. For example, you could hold L2 and press b to do a roundhouse kick or something.
- Q:i dont usually wear foundation, but i do sometimes wear powder to soak up oils on my skin. my skin does get very oily on my t-zone but otherwise my skin isnt too oily. which would stay longer for everyday coverage? i just use them to keep the shinyness away... so pressed or loose?! i just wear them over concealer mostly. thx!Z

- that will actually not really do anything for you, 5 kg is hardly anything so you would be fine, but if you want to get bigger, you probably want to go up to around 10-15 kg, depends on how much you are growing now or if you have stopped. Yes, know your limit
